Windward Point 106

We have stayed in this unit many times and it does not disappoint. It is well appointed and the location - although not on the beach is excellent. It is very convenient to golf,dining and shopping. it is next door to Sea Palms Resortand it would be important to have access to the Sea Palms amenities - golf, gym, restaurant and pools.

We love this condo with its view of the marsh and quiet location. It is perfect for 5 adult women who treasure the memories of the island and growing up going there from middle Georgia.

Awesome! We loved the stay at Windward Point 106. My mother and daughter couldn't believe how spacious and quiet the unit was. We enjoyed eating dinner at the restaurant on the property. We loved our stay so much, I've already reserved our unit for next year.

Lovely clean condo! This condo had what most don't, plenty of towels and hangers!! A big plus for us. Location is good. We liked it because we weren't in a crazy busy area. Ubers were available so we utilized that. Each bedroom has a bathroom, another plus for us. We will definitely stay there again.

great weather this season. Warmer than past seasons. The rental unit was fairly cleaned. Had to remove a piece of clothing that was overlooked, re-washed all dishes and silverware(not cleaned). Pool was area was/is unavailable due to condo policies.

Beautiful condo. Beautiful view. We just needed dish detergent and trash bags. It was Thanksgiving, so we weren't going to bother anyone. Our only big disagreement is paying $200 for cleaning and then being asked to strip all bed linens. We don't mind running the dishwasher and taking out all the trash, but we don't do linens after paying $200. Oh, and it was a little rude having the cleaners knock on our door at 9:45 am asking us when we would be leaving.

We unexpectedly needed to extend our vacation by starting a few days early and booked this property at the last minute. As always Real Escapes is a wonderful management company to deal with and this particular property was top of the line! I would rent this over and over again but the location is not in an area we typically stay in. I highly recommend this rental if your trip to SSI is for anything except the beach. We are hoping to plan a trip in the winter or spring at some point just so we can stay in this lovely condo again!

I booked this trip for our family of 6, ranging from 5 years old to 74, this was a perfect place for our family. Lots of room, super clean, a gorgeous sunrise each morning, quiet, and well stocked. This has to be one of the best places we have ever stayed in any location. Thank you for providing such a great spot for our family to welcome summertime! Having room to spread out, every amenity possible, and such a well-maintained spot was perfect. We will definitely keep your information in hopes to return in the future!

This was not what I had thought that I had rented, but it was very clean and neat and so spacious. Make sure to tell future renters to know their room number and who they rented from when using the pool. A homeowner that is on the HOA board was out by the pool giving the third degree. Made my son uncomfortable and he came back inside.

We love being able to stay in Sea Palms when we visit Saint Simons. The rental was clean and comfortable, has a super view of the marsh, is quiet and well-equipped.
