Welcome to the Shark Shark!! In this adorable property, you will be amazed at the updated and renovated décor! This unit is a three bedroom townhouse with two and a half baths which includes an enclosed sleeping porch on the ground level.
Conveniently located less than a mile from the beach and less than a mile to the village, makes this the perfect place for your island getaway. The community pool is steps away from the front door. The double sofa living room has a wall mounted flat panel TV as well as the Master and Guest bedrooms.
Fall in love with the Master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bath with new walk-in shower. Another guest room with a queen bed is located upstairs with a nearby new full bathroom with a new walk-in shower.
A fully equipped kitchen is available for those events from appetizers to a multi course meal. Enjoy the beach décor in this newly renovated unit or the lush landscaping from the back deck as you have evening cocktails. Feel free to shower in the completely private outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Whatever your reason for being on the island this is the home to be based from for all of your activities.

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• Pets allowed with the addition of $100 pet fee per dog. (2 dog max.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles.
Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There is 3 TVs in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

It was our first visit to SSI and we loved it! Comfortable, clean, updated 2-story condo, giving our family of four plenty of room to relax together and individually. Kitchen was well-stocked so we could prepare meals at home. Easy drive to East Beach and also to the village restaurants and shopping.

The only issue that I saw was the bathroom upstairs, the drain was missing in the sink, I found it. and the drain in the bathtub/shower wanted to close when you were ready to shower....

This place was nice and cozy plus a short distance to the beach. The rental had three beds plus two couches that make into beds. This would be perfect for a large group. My family loved it and will be returning.

Amazing, condo fully stocked, very clean, spacious. Convenient to EVERYTHING. Honestly the perfect location. The beds are very firm, which I prefer softer beds,but anything you would need is provided in this condo. Would 100% pick this condo again.

Nice property. Condo is in an older development but appears to have been recently renovated and is comfortable and pleasant. Demere Road location was more convenient than expected with manageable traffic flow. Property management staff very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Recommended.
