You will fall in love with this stunning Sea Haven Condo that has ALL the bells and whistles!

As you enter this gorgeous East Beach townhome, you will immediately feel like you are at home. The main level features a well-appointed yet causal living room. Six steps up and the kitchen and dining room appear before you - wide open and roomy. The long dining room table has room for 8. Kitchen comes fully equipped with all the general appliances you expect - Keurig & drip coffee makers, can opener, toaster, microwave - even a small television and more. Counter space galore! There is a small 1/2 bath located by the kitchen. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find an entrance to the first of many porches – this one has a table for your outdoor entertaining.

The second floor features the Master bedroom with a King-sized bed, ample sitting area with large windows overlooking the marsh and an en-suite bath with both a garden tub, shower and double vanity. Off this private bath, is another wide porch where you’ll get plenty of sun. From the master you also will have a small deck on the front of the property to take in the marsh sunsets! Rounding out the second floor is a large laundry room equipped with a Washer and Dryer, washtub, and ironing board.

As you make your way to the third floor, you will find Bedroom #2 with a Queen bed and a Day bed as well as a television and an en-suite full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Bedroom #3 is furnished with a queen bed and a set of twin bunks and has a television and an en-suite full bath with a tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms have porch accesses.
There is a private elevator in this unit to make it easy to go from the double car garage all the way to the 4th floor! The garage is large and has plenty of beach chairs and other beach accessories to make your stay super easy.

This condo is in a superb location - walking distance to some of the Island's best restaurants, galleries and historic sites. There are also plenty of bike trails granting excellent access to all that the island has to offer. All these pluses make this condo an easy choice for couples and for families.

The house is lovely and clean with very comfortable beds.

The location is great, with an easy walk to the beach (the included beach wagon was very helpful) and walking distance to restaurants (Barrier Island Brewing is a favorite on the island!) There are great sunset views across from the house on the marsh as well. It’s an easy and quick drive to Pier Village, and all in all a great rental home on SSI.

Lovely home! We enjoyed our stay.
