Oceanwood 109 is a pleasant two bedroom, two bathroom townhome located in a quiet little condominium complex. This unit places you just a few steps from the island’s best beaches as well as a short walking distance to some favorite shops and restaurants.
The bedrooms are located on the second floor. There is a King in the master bedroom and a set of twin beds in the second bedroom. There is also a Queen Sleeper Sofa downstairs.
CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am
• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• One (1) dog is permitted in the condo with a non-refundable pet fee
• Parking is provided for two spaces directly in front of the unit's entrance which faces Wood Avenue.
Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 2 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

We really enjoyed this townhome during our stay on St Simons. It is a bit older, which doesn’t bother us. The
Kitchen had been updated and although small, perfect for 2. The upstairs bathroom was a bit small also... but it was everything we wanted and needed.

109 Oceanwood offers comfortable accommodations in a pet friendly environment. The front door is less than a block to East Beach and the back door affords easy access to biking/walking paths along the marsh on Ocean Boulevard, where you can view herons, egrets, and lovely island sunsets.

We had a nice experience at OceanWood 109. It was a quaint, little condo just steps away from the beach (our favorite part!) The beds were not super comfortable, but they were adequate. We appreciated the little things, like soap in the bathrooms, dish soap, dishwasher soap, starter paper towels and tp, and the plentiful dishes and kitchen utensils--even beach towels!
There was some hard-knocking on the building while we were there (building repair), but they did not come early in the morning or later in the evening, hence the 4 stars for property's general condition. There were also a few light bulbs out, but no show stoppers.
Overall, the property is pretty old and out-dated, but in a SUPER location.
We are comfortable with our dog. Great location. Love walking to Fiddler’s and BIB. SSI is full of friendly people and dogs! Some nice improvements have been made to East Beach this year. See you next year!
