• Occupancy: 6 - Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• No more than 3 vehicles are allowed.
• Two dogs permitted with the addition of the $100 pet fee per dog. Must be under 35lbs per HOA restrictions.
• Parking for 3 vehicles allowed
• 6/10 mile to Pier and Village and 9/10 mile to public beach access
Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 4 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

So much better than a hotel, but with all the perks. Our unit was decorated with a beachy st.simon's vibe and had all of the comforts you'd expect. Do pay attention to the info provided on what to expect and how to leave the property, but it is super easy and helpful. I personally usually prefer hotels over Airbnb type places but found this stay to be the exception as it was so smooth and hassle free. Wifi was great, the kitchen and laundry was a big plus over staying at a hotel, parking was plentiful, and it was very soundproof and quiet. The property is very well kept and is like a mini resort with 2 pools (one is even heated), seating to enjoy the lakes, bbqs, office center, exercise rooms, clubhouse, and I think it even had tennis or pickleball. But I most enjoyed that it was a scenic and short walk to the main village and the beach, and to all of the cute shops and restaurants that Sat. Simon's is famous for. We even walked at night and there was a wide pathway that was safe from the roadway. I usually mention any cons, but I just can't think of any.

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo. What a perfect getaway! It had everything we needed. Great location - and so quiet and peaceful. It was less than a mile walk from everything we wanted to do. We were able to walk to the beach, the pier, the lighthouse, putt putt, restaurants, bars and shops. Highly recommend!!!
My friends and I had an amazing time here! It was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the Village and all the good restaurants and bars. It was a perfect birthday getaway, we can’t wait to come back!
