Ocean Walk P-3

We enjoyed our stay for the GA/FL Weekend. Easy walk to the Restaurants!

This unit was more than comfortable during our stay! We love to stay in Ocean Walk every time we visit St. Simons. We were especially grateful for the furniture coverings for our pups.

OW P-3 has been highly maintained by the owners who have thought of everything. It is dog friendly which is what I need and the dog covers for the furniture was great. I take my own but it’s not necessary here. I enjoyed meeting other guests and residents at P-3 and our porch gatherings in the evenings. I vacation in SSI twice a year. My family and I return in July and will stay at OW. I hope to return next spring ‘2025 to P-3! Thank you to P-3 owners! Real Escape wonderful to deal with too!

Our room was beautiful and comfortable. We would certainly encourage our friends to stay here. Everyone was very informative with the questions we had. We had a very restful time!!!

Loved the decor and distance to village. Outside porch was nice as well.

We enjoyed the was clean.Decorated so cute with beach was well stocked with everything we needed.The neighbors were friendly.The tv was nice and we got caught up on a show we like on netflix.We will most likely stay there again.There is a side walk atbthe start of the complex that goes to the village and the public beach.We love St. Simmons
And we go once or twice every year.Its a very laid back,happy place to vacation.

VERY RELAXING AND WELL NEEDED GET AWAY. UNIT WAS VERY CLEAN.

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Walk Condos. It was one of the best rentals we have had. We plan to rent it again. The condo was on the ground floor, quiet, clean, had all the extras we needed and in a great location.

It was wonderful!! Love the condo -ceiling fans would have been a plus!

This condo is beautifully decorated and furniture is comfortable. The location is great since it is located close to village. We had no problems with registration or with the condo during our stay. It was great to find a wonderful place that is pet friendly.

Great but problems with TV's

This was a wonderful condo. It had everything I look for cleanliness, comfortable furnishings and a convenient location. I also like to have an outdoor space to relax with my coffee. Will definitely consider booking again!

Loved the place! Nicely furnished & decorated. Met nice neighbors. The pick up package had all of the details needed for after hours pickup.

WONDERFUL First time to stay on saint simons Island. Usually stay on jekyll Island and come to simons for the day.

First floor one bedroom condo- great location, close to everything! Has sidewalks so you can walk to shops if desired. Plenty of on-site parking. King size bed and full bath- it was perfect for a nice getaway!

This unit was a little crowded for 3 adults, especially when using the sofa bed. Although the furniture was comfortable, it was so big there was little room to move about.
This unit was not good for anyone with a mobility issue, since there was a step up onto the entranceway. This wasn't visible in the promo pictures. I'm not a fan of the shower without a door--too much water gets out in the standing area, which is tiny. On the other hand, this kitchen was the most well equipped that I've rented.
The complex itself is pretty and the pools are very nice. Being within walking distance to the village is a plus, also.

This is a beautiful one bedroom pet friendly condo on St. Simons. It was as described and lovely. The complex (Oceans Walk) was centrally located and quiet.

P-3 unit is beautiful! There was no extra trash bag and the tv remote was somewhat difficult! Other than that a very nice unit.

We loved this condo the minute we walked in! It had everything we needed! The complex is beautiful and conveniently located to restaurants and shops. We are looking forward to visiting again!

From the moment we walked in we were in awe of the decorating and design of the condo and it’s location. Close to the pool, near the laundromat and with a short walk to the pier and shops. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to make a gourmet meal. The lanai was perfect for reading, playing games and having a meal. We were at the very end of the resort so never had to worry about traffic noise. We enjoyed our 5 days and wish we had booked a longer stay.

The place was just as described. Wonderful layout, clean, and comfortable!

And the owners even provided two comfortable beach chairs for tenants' use. The unit was well-supplied with the starter basics for our stay. Kitchen was well-stocked with plates, glasses, cooking utensils, etc. Shower was walk-in, half glass walled and appeared new. Also enjoyed the 55" UHD tv with soundbar. The condo is within walking distance to an excellent dog park, tennis and pickle ball courts. About 1/2 mile to the SSI pier and several excellent restaurants. All in all, very pleased with our accommodation and would strongly consider returning (with my bike, since everybody bikes on the dedicated bike paths).

This unit is a real gem!It is perfectly fitted with everything anyone would need.We especially appreciated a great internet and TV setup.

The rental was nice and .. Location was pretty close to the beach. Our view was of the parking lot so nothing great.

We stayed wed to sat without our kids Nice place pet friendly our bulldog came with us had everything in condo close to laundry room but need working washers and dryers skip the bikes and rent a golf cart thr resturants and pier is close for bikes but a real beach is not we drove to king and prince resort everyday and used that access and that worked we went right after school started so not crowded but during peak time it would be too many ppl for us the town was cool houses are beautiful and an ocean front dog park /library very peaceful will come back again we didn't have time to visit jekyl island so we will do that for sure rental company super easy let us check in early and out late bc we were headed to hilton head 2hrs away for 7 more days to meet our kids for a full family vacation so it worked out well

We love the decor and cleanliness. The location to activities was perfect. The restaurants nearby were amazing, especially Mallery Street Cafe. Thank you for allowing our fur babies to join us as they mean the world to us. This was such a great place to celebrate my birthday. We hope to make this a yearly place to stay.

During our trip celebrating our 47th anniversary, we kept busy with all the activities there are around the area: Jekyll Island's Driftwood Beach. Fort Frederica's archeological site, The Christ Church, the lighthouse, Indian Mound Cottage, Mosaic Museum.

This place is so cute. Perfect for 4 adults or a family with two kids. Close proximity to everything including a short walk to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and playgrounds.

The Condo was very comfortable and well kept. My problem came with the construction going on in the unit about us for four of our five day stay. Lots of noise between 8:00-5:00 daily.

We have been coming to the island for 47 years since our honeymoon. We're so thrilled and blessed to come back to see where we began, to re-live and see places and experience old memories again!

Thank you so much for this beautiful condo. Our family had so much fun & we loved this relaxing and cozy place. I personally loved the porch and comfortable beds. We had a lot of fun seeing the ducks, the ping pong table and the swing. We wouldn't change a thing!

The condo was very well furnished. It had everything you would need for a stay at the beach. Ocean Walk is a very nice complex within walking distance to downtown.

The unit was spotless upon arrival. The kitchen was fully stocked and met all our needs while we were there. The unit has a very comfortable king size bed. It is obvious that the owners take pride in their home. Check in and out was simple (we arrived after hours). Great location and it is an easy stroll to the village. First time renting a condo for vacation and we are now spoiled after our stay here.

Thank you for sharing your home with us. This was our first trip since COVID changed everything and it did not disappoint. We were able to relax and recharge! As you know, you have great neighbors and it was great to spend time with them. We were impressed with all this condo had to offer.

Cozy condo with all the amenities. Roomy and comfortable accommodations for 2 adults and our dog. We were able to prepare all of our meals in well stocked kitchen. Condo is centrally located -close to beach access , downtown and outdoor activities. Would stay at Ocean Walk again. Check in was simple, touch less and working with Real Escapes staff was great.

we needed a break from covid restrictions and were able to rest and relax here. easy access to locations and restraunts. condo had everything we needed supplied. we had our small dog and it was easier with the ground level. the pools were really not heated but clean. we didn't get to use any other facilities.

This was perfect! Our rental was conveniently located near the pier, shoppes, restaurants, etc. It was located on the bottom floor, which was nice as we didn’t have to carry our luggage up stairs. The inside was exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The only thing I would recommend for future guests is to bring an extra trash bag or two for the kitchen if they plan on being there a few days or longer and want to cook. (This is mentioned in the rental agreement, but I had forgotten.) The decor is quaint and I especially liked the little touches of the guest book and note from owner. Very happy.

We came this weekend celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary. We fell in love with SSI many years ago but this was the first time we were ever here without our children. We truly enjoyed our stay in P3 and look foward to celebrating many more years of marriage together here.

Been visiting St. Simons several times a year since I was a child. I'm now 64! My parents honeymooned here!You have a lovely home here on the island. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

This condo and pool was very nice and relaxing and a much needed escape after working from home for almost 5 months! The island is a perfect size and worth the long drive from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I look forward to coming back down here and staying at this condo!

We escaped from Dalton, GA to the warm sun, bike rides, long walks and take-out meals from some fabulous places. We LOVE this condo! Great decor and spectacular cleanliness! Thank you for every detail you put into making this place the reason we will make St Simons our beach escape! One teacher and two college students and the WiFi worked perfectly. The sunsets were so therapeutic during such a depressing time in our world. Wishing you much happiness for all the joy you made possible for us!

We enjoyed staying in Ocean Walk P-3. The best condo we have stayed in during the 10 years we have visited SSI. We have already reserved it for a week in April and can't wait to return.
