This was a beautiful vacation for my husband and I. This was our first time at the island and loved it. It was located within walking distance to the pier, water front restaurants and shopping. Yes, we will be back!

Clean, updated, Kitchen fully equipped with all you ever need. Comfortable furniture.

Extremely clean condo and the space did just the trick for our quick stay (with dogs in tow) in SSI. Because we had our dogs with us, we appreciated being on the ground floor with a walk out patio at the back of the complex. It made for easy morning walks with our 4-legged crew. And we love the proximity of Ocean Walk to the village. It was a well-priced, convenient, comfortable and clean stay!

The condo was very clean, comfortable and fit all our needs. The unit was nicely decorated and recently updated. The only minor issue we found was that the shower curtain had mildew. The check in and check out process was easy and fast.

We liked the condo it’s our 4th time staying here . We like the quiet area. Enjoy walking around there. A short drive to the East Beach area with nice wide beaches.

The condo was clean and neat. The furnishing were adequate. More towels were would have been nice to have bikes and beach chairs and beach towels available. Smoke alarm was blaring when we first entered the unit. We had to pull it off of the wall in order for it to stop.

The condo is nice. Has all amenities needed for our purposes. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Above neighbors walked heavy at times, but that is to be expected.

Our unit was fabulous! My sister and brother-in-law was next door in P-3. My Nieces and other older sister were in B and L units, so we were able to visit each other’s unit. The area was clean with tons of restaurants to choose from. Will definitely visit again!

We loved the unit and the staff at Real Escapes were kind and very helpful! We will be back and stay with them again.

Ocean Walk is a great complex, quiet, even though busy. The grounds and units are well maintained. OW P13 is nicely decorated. The kitchen is supplied well for those who might want to cook in. Close enough to the pier village to walk if you chose. The upstairs neighbors were sometimes very loud, pacing back and forth for hours.

We loved our stay in St. Simons!

The apartment was beautifully furnished and well equipped. Air conditioning worked effectively although the unit is outside the bedroom window and noisy at night. We did have a problem with noise from the apartment above, loud footsteps and on Sunday afternoon it sounded like they were sanding the floor!

We had a short stay on the island due to a funeral for a good friend. This unit was available & was a very nice place for us to stay. The furniture was very comfortable.

Check in was very efficient. Instructions were very clear. Even the details for operating the TV were clear!Very comfy table, quiet area. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends.Thank you!

Our condo was excellent. The location, the cleanliness and the surroundings were perfect. This is our second year to use Real Escapes and it will not be our last. My husband fell and broke his hip on our second day and we were not sure if we were going to have to extend our stay. The office staff jumped into action and immediately found us another rental if we needed it. There are not enough good things to say about Real Escapes.

Easy check in and out. Quiet and clean apt.

Overall, this rental served it's purpose in that it is a good location relative to the beach and restaurants and provided a low key and clean environment

This place was in pristine shape and in a great location for bike riding or walking. There is no washer/dryer in the unit but the complexes units are very close. Reminder: It takes quarters and there is no change unit in the building.

P-13 at Ocean Walk is perfect for my wife and I. It’s very convenient to the Village. The owners have done a great job updating and decorating. We have been staying in this unit for 5 years and look forward to coming back every year.

Enjoyed our visit to Saint Simons and Ocean Walk P-13. The unit was clean and furnished nicely; even had poop bags for our Maltese. We visit Saint Simons regularly and would stay in this unit in the future. Did leave a few comments with Real Escapes Properties directly. Highly recommend.

Easy check in. The rental was well stocked and very clean.

Decent location on the island. Nice complex, and very quite back unit. Unit is very dated, and smelt like oysters when we walked in. again very dated, but for the rate it was decent.

Appreciated the offer to check in early!

With a hurricane passing by,the weather was not ideal but other than that we loved our time on the island.

We were not happy with the apartment. The kitchen was very dirty and items were in disrepair - oven filthy with dirty pan in it, no oven light, canister on top of stove with utensils greasy, dirty dishes in cupboard, light bulbs out, dirty shower curtain etc. RealEscapes did a good job of trying to fix problems, but why was it like this to begin with?

Our baby girl dog has never felt more at home. The staff and the rental where totally dog friendly. The neighborhood was nice too. I did recommend that the living room couch either have a slip cover that could be laundered or it needed to be cleaned. Even though we have pets we are very clean with them and take an extra king size sheet to put on anything that she may lay on. The white chair in the living room needed cleaning or a slip cover as well. We noted a few minor things that where broken upon our arrival to the rental company on our paper survey we returned with the keys. Overall, we absolutely enjoyed our stay. We WILL stay there again.

Nice 3 day weekend booked on short notice. Very pleased with Real Escape staff, very helpful and knowledgeable of SSI and accommodations there.
