The last best place on St Simons Island. Once there, you will understand. Island Attitude has unmatched privacy with a superior location. You will fall in love with this private home with 6 bedrooms and 5 baths in a completely renovated Shangri-La.
The open floor plan on the main living level is great for entertaining. Plenty of room to relax in the den around the fireplace or gathering as a family at the kitchen table. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and brand new everything! There are 3 bedrooms on the main level. Two of those with en-suite bathrooms and the third bedroom has a bath right outside the door to the bedroom. A large laundry room on the main level rounds out the first floor.
The second floor has plenty of room for late night tv watching in the comfortable den located on the 2nd floor landing. This floor also hosts two bedrooms – one with two full size beds and the other with a set of bunks. A full bathroom is located in the hall.
The third floor is a private master suite featuring a king bed with a kitchenette, sitting area and en-suite bath with walk-in shower.
Outdoor comfort? Enjoyment starts as you enter the private gate – the front porch is filled with rocking chairs. Head out the back door and you will find one of the better outdoor living and entertaining areas on the island. Brand new pool with hot tub and waterfall is just the beginning. Your outside cabana has everything you need for the perfect pool party & cook out – bar, fireplace, plenty of seating and new grill.
Approximate pool dimensions: 13 x 28 with an 8 foot shelf and 5' deep.
CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am
Occupancy - 14: Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (14 persons).
Pets: We love pups! Limit of 2 with a $100/pup non-refundable fee.
Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the front and 3 additional vehicles at the rear of the property.
HEATED POOL: Pool can be heated for an additional $450. Please make arrangements prior to your stay if you would like the pool heated.
AGE: Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a starting supply of toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)

I had a great experience. The house is in a great location and was big enough for family and friends. The management company went out of their way when I left an earring at the house accidentally. They went and retrieved it and kept it until my niece picked it up. They didn’t have to go that but they did and I really appreciated it,

We had a vacation week for 12 family members ranging in age from 83 to 15.All were easily accommodated, but there was no grab bar in the shower.. Pickle ball courts were close which many enjoyed. Great location, bikes or golf cart was used to get to beach or down town.

Island Attitude was the perfect home for our family of 14. Everyone had their own space and when we wanted to all be together the living space was large enough to accommodate us all! The outdoor oasis which included a spa, pool, and grilling area was thoroughly enjoyed by my 3 year old niece all the way up to my 68 year old mom. The Real Escapes team was very responsive to our needs. There wasn’t a broom on the property, so I sent an email and someone dropped one off for us on the porch later that day. Only small issue was parking, but we had 5 larger vehicles. There are 2 spots in front and 3 located on back of property. Parking is limited on St. Simons anyways. We can’t wait to return to Island Attitude!

This is a great house! Owners did a wonderful job! Your so close to everything, and the pool area is fantastic and private. Having 3 bedrooms on the main level was fantastic for my aging parents and family. They could rock on the front porch, sit out by the pool and stepless everywhere! There is a 3rd floor suite that has a small kitchen, double closets, it's almost like a condo! This is perfect for families and groups!
