The condo was very nice and very convenient to the swimming pool. Decorations in the condo were in my opinion very minimal. The only problem we encountered was not enough pots/pans and lids to match and enough silverware. We did purchase and leave at the condo when we left toilet paper and paper towels due to only having one roll in each bathroom and kitchen. I think rugs scattered around would have been nice as well

I love this location and I like the condo but will not plan to stay there again. The place was ok clean. I t is so in need of a paint job that it makes me feel uncomfortable. Even if it is clean it doesn't feel clean.I will continue to use Real Escape Properties for my rentals just not rent this unit, All in all my stay on the Island was great.

It is very close together Pier area. The grounds are well kept. There iseSy access. The unit was clean and tidy. The facilities are dated and there is not enough knives,forks and spoons.

Everything was very nice. The only comment I have is the condo is in great need of a new paint job. But I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Stayed for the weekend and Brooke was awesome! Even locked ourselves out Saturday - and she drove back through a traffic jam to let us in!

We loved the condo. Plenty of room for my family of 6. Complex was beautiful and well maintained. We loved being close to everything. Rental agency was excellent to work with.

We were very comfortable in 503. Close to pier as we loved to watch nature and all the boats and ships coming and going. It was gated and we felt very safe here. The master bed room had a mattress that would put you to sleep it was so comfortable.Real Escapes Properties are great to work with and the agents are so very nice. Thanks

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, and if there was a problem, the manager was responsive. Some things need to be addressed. The units sleeps 6 and there are only 4 dining room chairs, and one of them was not safe to sit on. The one chair's leg is bent in and is ready to come off and should not be used. There definitely needs to be more dishes. There where only 6 plates, bowls, forks, etc. The dryer started blowing hot air and lint out of the lint trap. The tub in the hall bath has a constant drip. But overall the unit was nice and I've re-booked for next year.

Of course we like this rental unit. This is our 4th year here and we have reserved it for Jan., Feb., & March 2019. No need to continually ask me for my review.

What a great condo. I booked this stay within 3 weeks of our trip so I really didn't know what to expect. I am so glad we had the opportunity to stay here. You probably won't want to walk to the beach from here but you can walk to the shopping village & pier. The condo itself was clean & freshly painted. The pool was literally outside of our sliding glass door. The AC worked very well & there were plenty of electrical outlets. The only complaint I have is the sidewalk being uneven leading up to the front door from the parking area. If you didn't see it, it could trip you. As a visually impaired person this was a concern. Nothing a little yellow paint couldn't fix.

We have stayed at 503 Harbour Oaks for the last two winters and will be back next year. The gated community is nicely landscaped and very quiet. The condo has many nice amenities and is conveniently located near the pool, tennis courts, and fitness center. It is an easy walk into the Village and Pier.

Enjoyed our stay at Harbour Oaks very much. The condo was very comfortable and homey. Loved the grounds and the easy walk to the Village and Pier. Are going back next year and looking forward to staying here again.

Mom & I felt safe. The apt was very clean & stylish.
FYI. The kitchen sink leaks at the faucet.

A bright comfortable and clean accomodation for the two of us.
