Harbour Oaks has everything we need.

First time my siblings and their spouses visited a place together and St. Simons was definitely the right choice. Harbor Oaks 112 was a good fit since it was conveniently located to wonderful restaurants, the beach and shops. Our residence for the weekend was clean and homey. We also enjoyed meeting some new friends at Frederica Baptist Church for Sunday services.

Our place had a couple of things we feel they should have, in second bedroom there was no dresser to put your clothes in and the smoke detector was broken. In the kitchen we feel that there should be more cooking utensils. Other than those couple of things we like our stay at Harbour Oaks, it was a very nice place and we will be at the same place next year. Real Escapes are very nice to work with.

Real Escapes was a great company to work with, our first rental was cancelled and Julie worked to help us find the perfect replacement and answered all of our questions ahead of time and always timely. The unit was clean and comfortable with most everything we needed, making for a relaxing weekend. The walking distance to the village made it easy to get around and really enjoy the atmosphere and excitement that surrounds the Georgia Florida Weekend in St. Simons.

This condo was truly awesome. It had LOTS of room and multiple bathrooms. The furnishings were great and the condo was very clean. The checkin and checkout procedure was very easy and the property managers very nice. I highly recommend it.

We'll stay here again when we are ready for our next St. Simons trip!

Great unit with two master suites with full baths. Third bedroom and third full bath. Fully equipped kitchen and nice size gathering area with lots of great seating. Very comfortable beds in all bedrooms with nice linens. Quaint little balcony porch. We loved it. Only challenge was accessing the 2nd story unit with our elderly parents.

The condo was better than we expected. We loved it and will be definitely coming back.

We had a great time, rental close to park for kids, walking distance to beach and restaurants, and gated entry. The kids loved seeing the turtles in the water on the property. The pool was fun and I used the gym facility on the property. They also have tennis courts. We had a wonderful stay.

Our experience was very positive. Booking was friendly and efficient and check-in was simple and easy. We enjoyed our brief stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. The unit has everything you need for an extended stay. The location is great - within walking distance to the village.

Enjoyed it very much. It was clean and had everything we needed, except one thing - cable TV. We wanted to watch basketball, Hallmark, HGTV, etc. and the smart TV didn't have it.

We loved the condo! Everything was very clean and well maintained. We love the location, as it is close to everything. Everyone at Real Escapes Properties is easy to work with. We have worked with them several times and have always been very satisfied.

This is the perfect get-away spot. The family and I came to this location and it provided everything we needed to relax and get away. With 3 kids, the 2 bedrooms on the main floor, one a junior suite and of course the large master suite upstairs, gave everyone the space they needed after a day at the beach together. Even being in a condo complex this location feels isolated enough to have the quiet time you need on vacation. It is very serine to sit on the balcony in the morning drinking coffee and watching the turtles in the pond below. Walking distance to the main village intersection with a great variety of restaurants, shops, and pubs. The family and I will definitely be coming back.

We had a great visit - the property is in a convenient spot, beach parking was plentiful and everything was quite clean. Very comfortable, would rent again!

The location is perfect. Everything is walkable. We only needed our car to go to Delaney’s Bistro for dinner (highly recommend)
The condo was clean and updated, felt as much like home as you could be away from home, with a fully supplied kitchen. It’s close to the community pool.
Would definitely stay here again.
