Demere Moss Townhouse #20

This spacious, beautifully decorated townhouse is the perfect place to entertain family and friends. The separate floor for guests includes its own gathering room, two lovely bedrooms, each equipped with their own private bath and lovely decor. Its location makes it easy to walk to the village, restaurants and beach - less than a mile. So much to do on this island - biking, yoga, author talks, concerts, open mike events, bridge, movies & extraordinary restaurants - Georgia Sea Grill, Crabdaddys, Delaneys, Southern Soul, Palm Coast. We hope to enjoy this townhouse for many years to come.

This three level townhouse is in a good location - close to beach & village. It is a great retreat for guests since it has 2 bedrooms upstairs each with a bath, with a separate family room. (Upstairs TV was not connected during our stay, as requested.) The main floor has the Master bedroom with a small balcony, living room, dining area and kitchen. Garage area is quite large for storing cars, bikes, etc. Furnishings are comfortable with wonderful beds and linens. We always feel at home here and plan on visiting every winter as long as possible.

A wonderful townhouse we have used for about 5 years now! Guests have their own private upstairs with a family room two bedrooms, each with baths. It makes entertaining friends very comfortable for all. We love the decor and the ease of use with a large garage to keep your bikes,etc. We hope to enjoy St. Simons for many years here.

My rental experience was overall quite good. The only 2 issues the property had were that the linens smelled terrible and the microwave is in need of replacing.

Regarding the linens; it was obvious that they had been left in the washer and smelled moldy. I had to do a cleaning cycle on the clothes washer and then re-wash all the towels that I wanted to use to get rid of the terrible smell.


Regarding the microwave; the front of the microwave was falling off. The unit was still usable, but it is definitely time to replace it.

Beautifully decorated and well equipped!

This was the second time that I, along with some other retired AF buddies, held our "yearly reconnect" trip at this property on St. Simons.

As with our first trip, we found the island and the properties to be EVERYTHING that we could have imagine. The owner was very accommodating and the property management staff was extremely personable and professional.

We will continue to keep this property in our "rotation!"

We love SSI! Home is nice, not practical for older guests due to all the stairs; wouldn't recommend for young kids either. Great location to walk to beach or pier and shopping village.

Demere Moss is a wonderful condo! Beautifully decorated and fully stocked with every imaginable item. Extremely comfortable beds and bedding! The entire space was spotless! Cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. Having the 2 dens was ideal for our large family. (Would have enjoyed having access to the elevator when bringing in all of our luggage.) We will definitely be back!

I have stayed at this townhouse for the last two years and it is very nice. It is just like being at home!

A wonderfully comfortable family home near the village and beaches. We had a wonderful, comfortable family reunion in this beautiful home that easily accommodated our family with plenty of space so that we never felt on top of each other. With its many bathrooms, big kitchen and two living rooms, the townhouse is a perfect holiday space.

pots and pans, as well as a coffeemaker). An enjoyable stay in St. Simons!

The Demere Moss Townhouse was exactly as described. It had lots of space, and was well maintained and very clean. Great location on St. Simons Island. Both the owner and the property management company were a pleasure to work with. I would strongly recommend this property, and I look forward to staying here again myself.

Our stay at Demere Moss was outstanding!This is our third year coming to SSI and this has been our best experience by far. Real Escapes and the town home owner had thought of every detail. The home is beautiful, and the description we read on VRBO did not hold a candle to our actual experience! The beds were so comfortable, the linens were high quality and abundant. The 2+ car garage was a great landing spot for all of our sandy beach gear. We had plenty of room for 2 cars, our trailer and golf cart and we still had room to spare. The location of the condo allowed the directional challenged people (me) get to the beach, village, and grocery without worry. My husband commented often that the town home was so comfortable that other than going to the beach...he had little desire to leave! I know the rest of the family felt the same. We hope to stay at Demere Moss for our next SSI stay!

The ONLY issue was the shower curtain bar in bedroom with twin beds fell over & over again. Otherwise FANTASTIC!

The townhouse is spacious and very comfortable. I cannot think of anything I would change and nothing was lacking. It was my first time to SSI and hope that it won't be my last. A month was just not long enough. Everywhere I went, the people of SSI were so very friendly. Invariably, when someone heard my accent, they'd ask "where y'all from?" and a conversation would start. Great place to spend some time and unwind.

We had a great time at this property. It was very clean, kept up very nicely and had everything we needed in a rental property on the island. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

This was the ideal place for us. ! It gave everyone their on private space but big enough for everyone to come together for meals or whatever! Enjoyed it very much hope to go back soon!

Enjoyed our stay! The townhouse was in a convenient location. The townhouse gave everyone plenty of room and was prettier in person!

Great rental property on a great island. Our only comment is that we wish it was within walking distance to the beach.
