Beach Club 303

We rented for 2 nights to watch a golf tournament in town. This was a nice alternative to a small hotel room and right on the beach!

Overall we were satisfied with the condo. Having a pool and beach access was very nice for our family. The condo itself could use some updating and TLC as far as cleanliness.

The Condo was spacious and well furnished. Clean upon arrival. Quiet building with very nice pool area. The beach is close enough to walk.
We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. 5 min drive to shopping and light house district. Sidewalk if you want to rent a bike or take a stroll. Many quality restaurants nearby, we had a great breakfast at Palmers Village Cafe, and you have to try the cronuts at Dulce Doughnuts for a snack.
Halyards was a wonderful dining experience for a high quality dinner.

Great location, beach and pool are fantastic.

Unit could use some updates (new pans and furniture) but was great for a family.

Building looked refreshed from recent paint job but had some minor issues like an out of service elevator at check-in

You get what you paid for. They aren't any ceiling fans and the floor fans are old. It's hard to regulate the AC in the unit so you have to keep the curtains closed. Some basic things that I would have expected were the ceiling fans, a water filter in the kitchen (sink, fridge, britta), don't want to see half a job done (paint around the toilet paper holder wasn't done), king bed, basic items like trash bags, dish soap, etc. But again, you get what you pay for. For the price point that we paid it was fine.

We couldn't have asked for a more convenient rental.

Good size for a couple. Quite crowded in the living area for 4 adults. Parking was great and grounds were well maintained. A bit of s walk to the water.

The sofa sagged so much it was not easy to sit on. There were old paint cans in the laundry area that were rusted and tha area was not clean.

A great location and easy check-in (which is just a short distance from the actual property itself). It's an older building but has good parking under the building out of the sun and has luggage carts that you can use on the small elevator. The condo (303) was nicely decorated and relatively clean. (The main bedroom faucets and shower head could use either a thorough cleaning or be replaced.) Overall, a very comfortable place for our two night stay.

The staff at check-in were super nice & friendly. The towels were nice. Beds were super comfortable. Loved this location. Thank you! We enjoyed our stay.

Condo was exactly as pictured with beach decor throughout! Staff was pleasant and property was well maintained. Short walk over to the beach and enjoyed seeing natural habitats along the way!

My wife and I had a good experience with our rental. It was clean and roomy enough for us. Very nice master bath area with large shower area.

Have stayed at the Beach Club several times and always had a great experience. Highly suggest this location and contacting "Real Escapes" for your travel needs in the Saint Simon's Island area.

We spent 3 days at Beach Club in Unit #303 and have nothing but good things to say. It is well maintained, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The beds were an awesome place to sleep. The unit is very quiet and the balcony is a great place to relax after a day on the beach. Short walk to the pool and beach, plenty of parking. We will definitely stay at #303 on our next trip to St. Simons.

unit was wonderful except the sheets were not comfortable as they made you very hot. and when you don't have a fan in the bedrooms, it makes it even hotter because there is no air flow. the mattresses were very comfortable as they were memory foam.
