Loved staying here with our kids and their granparents...beautiful house, great location.

It was a very pleasant stay, and the house is great for large groups. Location is perfect with private access to the beach.

I am not prone to negative reviews, but voiced my concerns to rental office, and staff member said it would evaluate and possible compensation would be discussed. Bedroom fan will not work without the light being on as well, causing that guest to be very uncomfortable. TV in den was reported as not working and technician never came.

What an amazing and beautiful vacation rental! The house was awesome, very clean, well stocked, and a great location. The beach was easily accessible by a short walk, and the neighborhood was very safe. I liked that the house was all one level and very roomy to accommodate our large families. Everyone had plenty of room. The owner and the real estate agents were very helpful. We will definitely recommend this property as A+ and will return to visit again.

We had a great time staying in this house. We love that it was all on one floor.. There are plenty of bedrooms and space to get away from each other when need be, and then to all come together in the living room or out at the pool when we wanted. The kitchen was perfect to feed a lot of people And it was a quick walk to the beach

We enjoyed the house for so many reasons-location is great on East Beach 1 1/2 blocks off the beach, 1 level on flat ground, 6 bedrooms with comfy beds, great layout, privacy, and even a garden! Master needs a dresser even though there is a huge closet! Maybe some solar lights around back or string lights would give a little more light. Clean!

This house was perfect for my large family and will always be a special place for us! Two family members got marriage proposals during there we were there. My family will most definitely be back.

This house was perfect. Very spacious for a family vacation. The location was perfect too. Loved being close to the marsh as well as the beach. East beach is beautiful. Very quiet neighborhood. They had lots of beach chairs and other beach necessities available for use. Kitchen was well stocked. We always do a low country boil and large pots were stocked in the kitchen. The pool area was great too. Very private with lots of room and fenced in so you can let dogs off leash. The only dog problem was the neighbors dog that kept using the front yard and driveway to do her business. Owners did not even care to pick it up. Overall we loved this property and if we come back next year would definitely rent this one again! Real escapes property managers were very pleasant and friendly over the phone. Which I appreciated.

This is a great house that allows privacy for two groups.

Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed this house. The location was good, it was clean, well supplied, and there was enough room so that we never felt cramped. Definitely will be coming back here.

Even during spring break, a nice residential area with easy beach access and an inner coastal, off-beach path worth exploring.

This house is amazing! We rented this house for our family to spend the weekend of our wedding. It had plenty of room for the whole family and we loved the pool and that it was within walking distance to the beach. The beds were so comfortable and the house had everything you could possibly need including a fully stocked kitchen, games and pool floats even chairs and fishing poles for the beach. We wanted our weekend to be special and enjoy time with our family and friends and we couldn’t have picked a better house to do so.

We were so happy to be back at this property after a few years. It worked perfectly for our family and brought back so many memories. Love the floor plan and the pool. The second bunk room was definitely a plus. We could have used a few more things in the kitchen,such as a big pot to cook shrimp in and a blender or food processor. However, the owner was nice enough to bring a food processor over for us to use. The management company was very responsive. We would certainly love to stay here again, for sure!

The house was very nice, clean and well stocked. Our family of 4 generations enjoyed our stay here very much. The pool was wonderful. It was only short walk to the beach.

Great house that was <10 minutes to everything we wanted to do! The walk to the beach was a little longer than we expected but was definitely still manageable.

Lots of room and very, very clean! Our kids loved the pool. The books at the property were great.

This was the perfect place for our family. We had 5 children, age range 7 to 14 and six adults, 3 families in all. The house was immaculate and had lots of space for everyone. The bathrooms and kitchen were all up-to-date. The kids loved the pool! Management was easy to work with.

Rented this house at the last minute for an Memorial Service for a small group of family members. It was perfect. From picking up the keys to dropping them off, everything went smoothly. The house was spread out which offered enough room for people to have their private space but a nice large area both outside and inside for people to sit and talk. I would rent this again.

My wife, myself, our two adult children, their spouses, and our 5 grandkids ranging from 4 to 15 had a great vacation staying in this home.There is plenty of room to spread out with 6 bedrooms and two TV watching areas. The house was very clean and the rental company was response to our needs. It is several blocks to the beach and none of the bedrooms have TVs except the master. Very quite and private. We would stay in the house again. Pool was good as was the kitchen .

The house was great, plenty of room, comfortable and well equipped. The pool was cloudy when we arrived, called Real Escapes immediately and they had someone out the next morning to take of it. We would have liked the option to rent the golf cart that was in the garage. Would definitely stay there again.

For 22 years, our families have traveled to St. Simons to enjoy some down time. Loved the house but wish they had told us the pool wasn't working and that we were so far away from the beach. Great neighborhood!

We had a family of 10 in this house for Thanksgiving and there was more than enough space for the entire family, with room to spare. The two separate family rooms were ideal, especially when some watch football and others don’t. There were plenty of bathrooms and plenty of seating for everyone and we are already talking about renting the house for summer vacation since the pool and outdoor space was wonderful. The beach is only a couple of blocks away and the walk to the beach is shaded with giant old oak trees. The house was super clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots and dishes. Can’t say enough good things about this house.

Great Family House! I had my children and my six grandchildren - with 3 masters and bunks it worked out great! Having an east wing and west wing and two living areas gave everyone room. Very Clean and supplies provided were awesome!

My siblings and our spouses try to spend a week together at the beach. We range in ages from 70 to 86, but we still enjoy swimming and playing cards daily. There are no steps in this house which is a great plus for our crowd. The house is pretty much perfect in regards to bedrooms and bathrooms and large kitchen and large table. A handrail for the pool would be great, but it has been our experience that the pools down on the island just do not have handrails, but we managed. The realty company was great. Our only was that the wi fi router needed boosting, and it was locked in a room unaccesable to us or the repairmen. The lack of WiFi was very inconvenient as we only had it in the living room. We have reserved this home for next summer also, we will have the WiFi issue cleared up the first day, if there is a problem.

My group had a fantastic stay here. We especially loved the large and fully-equipped kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised with how large the house was; the pictures don't do the spacious house any justice! We can't wait to return next year.
