Came down with our kids for a week before school started back and found everything to be just great. All kinds of beach stuff in the garage, towels, a brand new fridge! Beds were comfortable and loved the decor. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful house with lots of room inside and out, surrounded by towering trees, in a convenient location close to stores and restaurants. And there are bicycles for guest use! A wonderful place.

Property is tired and worn. Toothpaste in MasterBath sink. Mattress was extremely soft. Landscape is overgrown. Based on the amount paid we expected a better experience.

We had a wonderful time. It was very peaceful and quiet and relaxing. The island was beautiful.

We very much enjoyed our stay in St. Simons. The house was comfortable and well equipped. Access to the rental office was easy and convenient.

We stayed at this house for a beach trip with 3 adults and 3 children. Nice quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors.

For the 3rd year, we stayed at 321 Broadway, and once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable, clean and located in a quiet neighborhood that's a 5 minute drive to the beach. We hope to come back next summer!

Loved the house! Very nice inside and a wonderful deck in the back. My group really enjoyed staying here. It was very quiet (maybe a few planes above) but we all enjoyed our stay here very much.

Front yard needs landscaping maintenance. Enjoyed the kitchen with a baking marathon, washing pots and pans found in cupboards before use.

The house was well-decorated and the kitchen well-equipped. But the owner and the rental company did little to make it a painless vacation. There was no help for where to visit, eat, nor maps to find your way around. And not even a little coffee for your first morning. The 2 rocking chairs on the front porch, though, a great plus.

This was our second year to stay at 321 Broadway, and once again we had a wonderful stay. The house is lovely and very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, quite lovely and only a 5 minute drive to the beach. We especially loved the beach equipment that is available to use. We hope to go back to this property again next summer.

Perfect. Wonderful getaway

The home was beautiful! We enjoyed coffee and conversation every morning on the front porch, and ice cream in the evenings. There was a wasp nest on the porch and one of our guests is allergic, so we called Real Escapes and they had someone out within an hour to treat it! The kitchen had everything. The only recommendation we'd make is to have more coffee mugs, and larger ones. Also, be sure to bring trash bags, dishwash detergent and paper towels. Bring bug spray too - lot of mosquitos. The beds were comfortable and the garage is full of bikes, beach chairs, beach toys and umbrellas.

We booked on short notice to visit our son at a local military base. It was a great house and we loved the location an the space of the house. Very clean, and well stocked- (with the exception of a blow dryer for my hair). We will rent this location again hopefully in the future

House was perfect and well equipped.

Location was great and everything was in perfect condition. We all had a very pleasant and relaxing weekend. The cleanliness was second to none, everything was spotless.

This home worked out well for us. It's pleasant, has charming elements (ie:a breakfast nook) and was a good size for us and our three daughters. The bikes were rideable and the beach chairs in good shape.
We arrived on Holy Saturday and were able to attend Easter Mass just .3 of a mile away at St. William. There's a morning Mass each weekday at 8:15, and the chapel is open all day for visits to the Blessed Sacrament.
We recommend the food at Southern Soul Barbeque, Coastal Kitchen, and Echo. Also recommend a drive over the handsome Lanier Bridge to Jekyll Island for a visit to Driftwood Beach. The St Simons beaches were lovely and interesting with sandbars and tidal pools, and creatures such as live sand dollars and jelly balls. Reading the St Simons trilogy of historical novels by Eugenia Price enriched the experience, including a visit to the Christ Church cemetery. Climbed the lighthouse and rented kayaks and SUP for ocean paddling. Really a great week, and our home base was a good one.

Home is beautifully decorated. Out family was very comfortable. It is a short drive to beach and village. Bikes, chairs, umbrellas, etc were available in garage. House was very clean. Management quickly responded to our needs. We enjoyed shopping and dining in the village. Great time!

I rented this house for my groomsmen and I during my wedding weekend. The house was perfect with plenty of space for all of us to sleep and relax. The location was good also. It is walking distance to Southern Soul and only a short drive to the beach or pier.

I enjoyed this wonderful home with my adult daughters and their husbands, and small grandson. Well equipped, beautifully decorated.

It was the perfect retreat for my small family. We thoroughly enjoyed it beautiful home. Everything was thought up so perfectly in the home from the utensils in the kitchen to the wonderful Jacuzzi tub. It will be something my family will come back and enjoy for many years to come!

The home is beautiful. Great location. Once you get to know your way around you realize how close you are to everything. PLENTY of room and very clean. Loved the front porch and back deck. The garage is filled with fun things to take to the beach and bicycles if you like to ride around. Lush landscape surrounds you...tons of moss covered live oak trees all through the neighborhood. Highly recommend. Pat Bennett, the owner was very accommodating. Jekyll island is a must see as is the old lighthouse. East Beach is beautiful. Most restaurants near the pier are great.

Took a chance - our first time to be gone for a month, first time at St Simons Island, and first time to rent a home. Everything was wonderful. The house was exactly at pictures. Location worked well for us - close enough to everything but in a nice residential area. About a mile and a half drive to Coast Guard beach. Staff at Real Escapes was wonderful. Very helpful in promptly handling a minor issue. Wish we could have stayed longer and can't wait to come back next year. Recommended Real Escape to another couple looking for rental next year

This place is only about 40 min East of us, however trying to set up for a wedding, we wanted some form of comfort during our brief stay! We literally changed, showered and slept there. However it is definitely big enough for a family on a very quaint little street conveniently located. The bed was definitely worth it as it was really comfortable! Big plus! The clean up fee is a bit high considering they ask you to wash all your linens and take out all the trash, and there were still coffee grinds in the coffee maker when I attempted to make coffee, I received an email about not leaving the key, when in fact we actually returned it and no one had checked the box yet before emailing me asking questions about where the key was.. but again, we weren't there for more than 10 hours in a 2 day span and honestly was no big deal regardless.Its a beautiful home, beautifully decorated, well taken care of.

We had a great stay at 3:21 Broadway. We easily fit 4 adults with 4 kids. Furnishings were adequate and comfortable. Although the dining room table is treacherous for your knees! Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. All of the outdoor play things and bikes in the garage, plus rolling carts and beach toys were a real bonus! Great location! The only criticism is the TV (except the new one in the living room, could really stand to be upgraded! Everyone at Real Escapes was so nice and helpful! Would definitely stay again!'

This beautifully appointed and charmingly decorated cottage provided a home away from home during the month of February. Mornings were spent with coffee on the comfortable porch and reading the newspaper at the cozy table in the kitchen. The spacious master bedroom and bath were as nice as an upscale hotel. The rental management company was so accommodating - they responded immediately to the news that the kitchen sink had a leak and that the previous renters had soiled the carpet. The house is splendidly located for virtually any activity: shops and restaurants are close by, the Village is only a short drive away, and the golf choices are also within an easy drive. Beach activities are easy to plan as well. The house is situated on a quiet residential street with plenty of room for private backyard entertaining and ample space for off street parking.

WOULD VISIT THE ISLAND AGAIN----MORE FOR GROWN CHILDREN----TEENS LOOKED FOR INSTANT EXCITING ATTRACTIONS.WE LOVED THE LOCALE,RESTAURANTS AND SCENERY.

This property is more than expected! The pictures do not do this property any justice!!! The adults as well as the kids felt right at home. If we had not have brought a thing with us it did not matter we had everything we needed there! The owner was a gem! She made sure we knew all the surroundings before we even got there! This is the place to stay! We will be back very soon and we have already put the word out! What a WONDERFUL vacation this was, one of the best by far!!!;)

Six women from all over the country reunited for a weekend getaway. The home was perfect for us. The bedrooms were large and sharing two bathrooms was not a problem. The kitchen was well stocked with dishwater and utensils. Most of our time was spent relaxing around the house and enjoying each other's company. The location on St. Simons was central to beach, restaurants, and dining. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. I don't think anything could have made our stay better. Thank you Pat for sharing your beautiful home with us.

All of my daughters and myself take showers, but the tub was filthy and everything was dusty C Barnette Mother
