Real escapes was amazing! Highly recommend their properties!

We have rented from Real Escapes for almost 20 years and always have a wonderful experience! First time at 407 and loved it! Wonderful property and location.

Enjoyed the stay. It was a nice place and would recommend it to anyone. Great location for shopping and restaurants! Short distance to the beach too!

Very cozy and comfy feeling in this condo. That's why we've decided to come here again for Thanksgiving.

The property description was accurate. We liked having a first-floor unit. It had a good amount of seating and other nice things to have if needed - folding chairs, step stools, books, puzzles and games. It is a quick drive to the pier and my husband even walked to it twice. We ate at restaurants close to the pier - Iguana's twice and Brogens and Frosty were good also. Real Escapes provided great service.

Our rental was clean and well-maintained. It fit our needs perfectly. Three, bedrooms: 1 - King size bed, 2- 2 twin beds and 3- Queen size bed. We really enjoyed staying there.

I was very satisfied. It was the perfect little spot for a quick get a way for our family. We all enjoyed watching the fish in the stream behind the condo. A beautiful little spot and close to the village and beach access.

Harbour Oaks was a great place to stay for our family. The kitchen is small but functional. The pool was smaller than expected and did not have grills. We enjoyed the turtles outside our door in the little water channels. The location was a short drive to the beach and a shorter drive to restaurants.

Only issue...upgrade your bath soap and towels, otherwise, everything was great!

The home we rented was conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The property was clean, well stocked and is in a quiet, safe neighborhood.

Harbor Oaks is a great complex in walking distance of the village and amenities. Always a treat to stay there!

We had our 2nd great stay at Harbor Oaks this year. From the initial inquiries to the key drop off, Real Escapes does an excellent job of taking care of their customers. The descriptions and pictures of the property were very accurate, the place was very clean and well cared for. Super convenient location. Real Escapes does a fantastic job and we appreciate being able to book our much needed vacations with them. Looking forward to next time!!!!!!! Thank you!!!!

My sisters & I had a great time! We enjoyed our stay here celebrating my sister’s 60th birthday despite the cold weather. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had ever we needed. We enjoyed doing puzzles & watching movies. Also, enjoyed that the condo is so close to town so we were able to walk to everything including restaurants & shops. The condo is bright & cheery & clean. We would stay again.

We love to walk when visiting ssi. This location was perfect for that. We also had a toddler who greatly enjoyed the nearby park.
There are several breakable nicknacks that concerned me, having a toddler. The beds were also rather uncomfortable for the majority of us.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Property was clean and well maintained. Expectations were clearly stated. Overall, a place I would totally stay again.

We had to leave a day early due to hurricane Elsa, but the condo was great! Spacious & clean!

Our unit definitely had a beach theme going; it was bright, colorful, & cheery. Easily accommodated 6 adults with plenty of gathering space. It was super clean and had everything we needed. The property is gated and beautifully manicured. Tennis courts (not in great shape, but playable) and pool are a nice addition. This unit is on the first floor which was nice and looked out over the lagoon in the middle. Plenty of parking, The best part is that is was an easy walk to the village and pier so you did not have to worry about trying to find a parking space. We loved it!!

This was a short and sweet vacation. My granddaughters,their mother and my friend and her daughter had a very nice stay. The rental was very clean, close to the pier and the beach. Everything we need to enjoy our stay was there. The pool was nice there were nice restaurants open and everyone was practicing social distance and wearing a mask. We enjoyed our stay and plans to go again.

The rental property was great we really enjoyed it.

This unit delightful rental unit.... bright, very spacious, pleasant decor and abundantly stocked from linens to multiple dinnerware and glassware and an array of kitchen necessities. Loved the location as it was sunny all day long and relaxing as it faced a fountain which provided a calming backdrop.

We had a great time in the condo at the property. It was very cute and beachy. It was a very quiet unit at the middle section of the property by a fountain, very peaceful and private. Our only recommendation would be to include a hair dryer in the unit. Thanks for the great family getaway.

Satisfactory, but plenty of somewhat dusty shell knick-knack stuff all over. We didn't have small kids along, thankfully, but dust allergies were definitely triggered in our group. A bit dated like grandma's place in furnishings, decor, and fixtures in bathrooms. Comfortable soft beds. Bring lightweight blankets along, because the comforters are HEAVY. Weird double-swing doors on master that might not be as private as you'd like. Location was good - easy access to many places on island. Warning: small pool may be open all year, but it was COLD in October, so doubt it was technically heated.

This rental was perfect. Clean, clean, clean! And decorated so nicely. The pictures do not do justice. We wished we could have stayed longer. Check in was simple and of course everything is better with that sweet Georgia accent.

The condo was beautiful! Very beachy. It was clean and they provided plenty of towels etc. we had a beautiful view right outside our windows. The condo was very bright and cheerful and was located close to everything.

We rented 407 for a month in November-December. It was an end unit with lots of light and a great view of a fountain in the lagoon. On cloudy and foggy days we could have egrets fishing in the lagoon. It was a great setup for our needs. We had the master suite and when our son’s family came, they got the wing with 2 bedrooms and a bath.

WHEN WE WALKED IN THE FRONT DOOR, WE FOUND A LOVELY CONDO THAT SHOWED THAT IT WAS LOVED. THE FURNITURE AND DECOR MADE YOU FEEL THAT YOU WERE IN A VERY COMFY BEACH COTTEGE. THE TOTAL AREA, ALTHOUGH LESS THAN 1400 SQ. FT., SEEMED SO MUCH LARGER. THE CONDO WAS WELL LAID OUT. DUE TO THE LARGE WINDOWS, THE UNIT WAS VERY BRIGHT.

Booking the experience was very easy and straightforward. The office staff were very helpful in helping me narrow down which property would work the best for my group. The price for our unit was reasonable. Our unit was very well maintained and was more spacious that I expected, which is always nice. The unit was nicely decorated. I hope it is available the next time we are traveling down to SSI.

We recently stayed at Harbour Oaks and had a wonderful time! The condo was spacious, clean and in a great location. We hope to stay there again next year!

Exceptionally nice place to stay. Extremely clean, convenient to shops, quiet and peaceful, masterfully decorated. Loved it and will certainly be back. From check-in to check-out, staff exceptional.

Very nice, clean, cozy first floor condo. Really liked location close to Village and beach, and that it had a pool within walking distance. 3 BR, 2 BA, large common living area. Master BR had TV, as well as the living area. Overlooked lagoon with water fountain. Grounds were nicely landscaped. Kitchen was very small and could have used a few more pots/pans/utensils. There was no dish or clothes detergent or paper towels provided, so bring your own; as well as bring your own toilet paper. Overall, very nice and would recommend to others.

Absolutely no complaints. The complex is nice, very quiet and well kept. The unit itself fits like an old sweater

We had a fantastic stay in this condo which was centrally situated to the main pier and shopping/dining area{10 minutes walk}. It was also fantastic to have a pool within two minutes from the condo which we spent a lot of our time.
The staff at real escapes were very friendly and helpful.
St Simonds Island is a very relaxing and stunning place to spend a holiday. Enjoy

We love the location of unit, however it needs some attention. Couch very uncomfortable and should be replaced. Sheets don't fit bed in master. No light blanket in master so bought one because it was cool.
