Ocean Walk L-4

We were visiting for the RSM. Originally we booked another place that smelled so musty we could not stay. This was a wonderful alternative. Clean, fresh, updated! Only downside, which was not the owners fault, was the asphalt paving of parking lot. We almost couldnot find a way out or place to park when returning. We had to leave earlier than planned because of the paving.

My husband and I have traveled across the county and stayed in may condos. Yours was the cleanest by far, not to mention how nicely decorated with the beach these. If we travel back this way we would gladly rent here again and recommend your condo to others as well! Final note… C.J’s Italian Restaurant has amazing pizza and the Frederica House was a wonderful place to eat!

First time staying at Ocean Walk. Landscape and set up was perfect!

The condo was clean and comfortable overall. The interior was very stylish and had everything needed. The exterior area was also clean and well maintained. The only issues for us was the extremely firm mattress in master bedroom was so uncomfortable and I had to sleep on sofa due to numbing pain in shoulders and lower back. Yes, I’m a side sleeper,so a firm mattress is a challenge for me. My fiancé is a back and side sleeper,so it was tolerable to her. The other issue was the cookwear is old to the point that the nonstick coating was flaking off. We actually bought our own fry pan.

We packed our own toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry and dish detergent because we didn't expect it to be here for us! Furniture is beautiful, place was clean. Plenty of towels and extra pillows. We would definitely stay here again!

The rental was a little challenging to find the buildings were not marked great. The unit was lovely, clean and sufficient for our needs. It was a very quiet and peaceful location very convenient to the beach by vehicle.

Extremely relaxing condo with the best views in the Ocean Walk Complex. You will not want to leave this beautiful complex. Enjoyed our walks to Downtown area and Neptune Park. The condo had everything you need to enjoy your time in St. Simon Island.

We really enjoyed our stay! Condo was beautiful, cozy and comfy! It had everything we needed and the location great! We had a lot of fun biking around the island and enjoying the sights! Would definitely stay again!

Very nice, clean condo. We loved the balcony overlooking the beautiful live oaks. Lots of drawer and closet space for all of our things. We were very happy with the unit, location, and the amenities in the complex. Although it is a large complex, it was very quiet during our stay. We would definitely recommend the unit and Real Escapes.

This was our first time to St.Simons. The condo was nicely furnished and very clean. They had plenty of games and puzzles to enjoy. The ocean walk complex it self had nice features to a ping pong table, tree swing, pool was great, it has a playground for kids and corn hole at the club house. The condo itself is located in close proximity to everything. A short walking distance to several reastraunts, near by tennis courts, the pier and a short drive to the beach. We had a fantastic time. Thank you for the Memories.

The bottom was missing from the bathroom sink unit--it was on the floor and had obviously been taped in place and tape let go so no space to place anything

Loved sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine at night watching the birds

This was the perfect place to stay! Exceptionally clean, great location and quiet. This was the best stocked kitchen we've ever rented. Nicely decorated, great beds and furniture. Would highly recommend.

This property far exceeded our family expectations. The home design allows for gathering on the front porch, or the large rooms downstairs or the game room upstairs. The next visit to St. Simon's Island we will reserve the same property.

Adorable condo - perfect size for myself, husband, and toddler. Short distance from downtown and the pier. Less than a mile walk - or super quick drive with ample FREE parking near the beach. Loved that the property had a private pool and playground (both very well kept). We will be back!

Ocean Walk is a good location, tucked away, close to village and beach. The condo was clean and well stocked. It was perfect for our girls trip.

Condo is in a great location. My 3 kids enjoyed fishing in the pond, swinging on the rope swing, swimming in the two pools and chasing the ducks that were waddling around the property! It was about a 15-20 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. We drove to the beach and parking was free and easy. The unit was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a great weekend away and Real Escapes was wonderful to work with!

Condo was ok but out dated. No ice maker in refrigerator. Old tv in 2nd bedroom. Very limited channel choice on tvs. Was no cold water in kitchen. Had to get maintenance to correct. Furniture was too big and very worn in living area. Condo was for sale and realtor want to show during our stay. Location and amenities were great. Quite and peaceful.

OWL4 is a charming, updated 2 bedroom condo. It is well supplied and a pleasant space. It is a short walk to the village and a short walk or bike ride to East Beach

I love Ocean Walk. I have stayed in L-4 a few times and love the condo. I would say they need to change the comforters on the beds. They have been on the beds for a few years now. The living room furniture is in bad need of updating also. I was looking for a pitcher to make tea and could not find one. The community office was very disappointing. The bathroom baseboards haven't been cleaned in a long time, the floors and sinks and commodes were dirty.

We enjoyed the property and were overall happy with everything. I will definitely recommend and use Real Escapes Properties in the future.

This is our 8th time staying at L-4 and we have booked again for next year.
The unit is clean, comfortable, well equipped and is well located.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a great stay.

Condo was not clean though it was vacated since Thursday before our Saturday arrival. Took over 5 hours to be clean & a bag is dirty linens remained all week. The AC was not working still at 8 pm so we had to spend the night at another property, which meant packing & unpacking to move & then return the next day. Finally by Monday the condo seemed to cool down so I think that the freon must have been added the AC needed. Although the realtor was kind, it was just a disappointing way to begin a vacation.

It was very relaxing, peaceful place.

The condo was clean and well maintained. A problem with the plumbing was fixed quickly and efficiently. The front screen is somewhat broken, we fixed it temporarily with duck tape. The drawer in the main washroom cabinet didn't work. Enjoyed ocean walk. Unfortunately one of our neighbours was a smoker forcing us to keep our windows closed a lot of the time. This could happen anywhere.

We love the location. The condo area is very quiet and pleasant. The area is clean and attractive.

This was our 7th year renting unit L-4 at Oceanwalk. This unit is very well furnished, very clean and it is ideally located overlooking a small garden/park. As usual the great staff at Real Escapes always do everything to make you feel welcome and to ensure you have a very enjoyable stay. Over the years, I have referred at least 4-5 other couples to Real Escape and all have commented to me how wonderful their experiences were. If you are looking for great rentals and want to deal with a staff of professional renters, then Real Escapes is the Rental Agency for you.

Nice location, nicely furnished but not very clean. Dust under beds, greasy smears on stove. Some bugs in unity. BIG spider.

We spent 6 great weeks in L-4. This was our 6th year and we had a wonderful stay. Accomodations are top notch and the staff at Real Escapes are fabulous, always willing to help and make your stay more enjoyable. We have referred Real Escapes to our friends and at least 4 couples have booked accomodations with them. We have already booked for next year and again look forward to the southern hospitality.
