Our stay was great! Condo had everything we needed. Everything we needed was available in the galley kitchen. Washer/dryer is a great addition although we didn’t need it. Balcony was nice and two bathrooms were definitely a plus! Would book again.

Real Escapes Properties was great to deal with. Always quick to respond to all my questions. We will use them in the future for sure.

Newly updated 3rd floor condo.

Nice relaxing time. The condo was great can’t complain about anything. Beautiful view of the ocean.

This vacation rental needs new furniture in the living area. The sofa & chair are both dirty & have sagging cushions. The rug is Aldo dirty & starting to fall apart.
All the chairs at the dining table had stains.

The main bedroom has very poor lighting. We had to use our phone flashlights to see in the dresser draws.

I reported to the realtor that the deck table was not cleaned & had sand all over it & a clothing sticker stuck on it.

We are staying in a different unit on our next stay that we stayed in previously that wasn’t available for our August visit.

We enjoyed our stay at Shipwatch 304!I liked that these condos had elevators and luggage carriers. That made things a lot easier for us to bring up!
We could see the ocean from our balcony. It is a nice place to stay at St. Simons, Island. We loved the pool! The property was well kept. I do have a bit of a complaint about parking. We were issued parking passes for two cars, but more than once we had no parking there! We had to go around and around and double park to find a place for our vehicle. That is something I think needs to be looked at from the management of Shipwatch.

Renting from the agency was very easy. Brooke was delightful to work with. She answered questions promptly and when the condo unit’s dishwasher didn’t work she had a repairman there promptly. This particular unit is very tired and worn and can really use some TLC. However, for a week’s stay we were comfortable, it was satisfactorily clean and it did not inhibit our stay. The trek to the beach was easy. The pool area was very well maintained. I would recommend this rental agency. I would recommend this unit with reservation as it is so worn.

We really enjoyed our visit to St. Simons Island. We stayed in Shipwatch unit 304. It was decorated nicely and we enjoyed spending time on the porch because it was very private and quiet.

This condo needs a major make over. Very thing old and very oudated.

Condo/Apt was much smaller than it seems in pictures. Two couples would have been tight and children who needed play space would not have fit well. Definitely needs some upgrading (sofa sags (and we are not large people), cabinets old, table w chairs backs lose, lots of light switches that don't connect to anything. Master bedroom OK but bed squeaky. New flooring was nice, Kitchen really small not big enough for two folks. We would recommend apt with some caution.

This Condo is perfect for a family. I took my grandparents for a few days and the location was perfect. Elevator was nice to have along with the long flat boardwalk to the beach.

Very nice stay....

We came up for Georgia/Florida weekend and had a wonderful time. The vacation rental was peaceful and relaxing. Even for it being such a rowdy weekend, it was kept under control. Would definitely stay at Shipwatch again and even during another weekend.

It went away after a little use and Chlorox treatment. The cable service as well as DVD player in the unit living room needs upgrade. Picture was not sharp with cable or current DVD player.

This unit is in need of a remodel. Furniture and decor is dated and dirty. It was not clean when I arrived. Shower curtains have mold. Location is great. Needs some work done to get it back to awesome.

Clean, easy access to beach.

Great!! Everything was wonderful and in good shape. The grounds were well done.

This was a nice place - relatively basic, but right on the beach. Had a nice pool and grilling area. Gated entrance from the street and beach sides. Covered parking under the units. Great location just a short walk down the beach from the King & Prince.

Great place, great location

Shipwatch offers friendly interaction, highly effective management, poolside chats, grilling, nearby village shops and restaurants. Most importantly, the beach is easily accessible. You'll love the chance to reflect, celebrate or simply luxuriate in island time.

This was a lovely spot! Beach access was excellent and we enjoyed the view from our balcony. It was peaceful and quiet yet it was easy to get to the village and the stores.

Our last minute stay was very pleasant. Quiet oceanfront complex was appreciated. It is showing some age particularly with decks and walkways on third floor but overall was a value for our family.

Shipwatch is homey, affordable, and convenient to the beach. Step out of your condo door & immediately access a pool, friendly guests, a fenced in dog area, grill, picnic area & boardwalk to the beach. A great way to experience beautiful sunrises, sunsets & daytime beachwalks. Bicycle to a variety of restaurants, coffeeshops, historic sites, and musical venues. What a great vacation spot for any age!

Patio chairs needed to be replaced backs were cracked

We stayed in the same complex 2 years ago. We like the location. Would be nice if the pool was heated! Everything else is fine.

Our family always looks forward to visiting SSI! We stayed in a different condo at Shipwatch last year. Had a couple of issues at this year's condo which maintenance didn't address until the night (almost 9pm) before we left. The blinds in the master bedroom fell down when we used the wand to open them upon our arrival. Thank goodness we had an extra fitted sheet to put over the curtain rod or else we would've been awake with the sunrise every day! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We look forward to coming back again next spring...or before if we can work it out with our schedule!!

unit is somewhat dated however was fine and worked well. Master bath door knob needs replacing. Left my iPhone charger plugged in by master bath. Any way I can get it back?
