Sea Spray

This 2 bedroom beach house was perfect for our family and dog! Most restaurants are walkable. Kitchen is well stock.

We were extremely pleased with this home which is directly on the beach and a mere half mile to the village. It was very clean and decorated nicely. The beach was never overcrowded while we were there. The views are amazing and make this a special place. It’s clear the owners take care of their home with pride and want their guests to have an outstanding stay.

House is lovely and we really enjoyed our stay.

Always have the best time here. Great location! No longer have a pet, but we love this place and keep coming back!

We absolutely loved our time at Sea Spray! The only problem was that it wasn't long enough. You cannot beat the view. The kitchen is well stocked. I don't believe we could have been closer to the water than where we were. Watching the ships come in and out was a real treat. The grassy area in the back was just what we needed for our dogs. We will be back!

We had a wonderful week at Sea Spray! The ocean views are amazing and the house has everything you need! We cooked in almost every night so we could eat out on the deck. Our dog was happy, too! Great stay and we'll definitely book again!

Exceptionally clean house that is just steps from the beach.

We were thrilled with this pup-friendly beach cottage! Very spacious and the view was spectacular! Our only issue was the water pressure in the showers. I had to wash my hair outside because of this. Hopefully, this will be resolved soon for future guests and for our return trip in April! :)

I believe this is our 3rd time staying here and all 3 have been fantastic, walk right out onto the beach you can’t get any closer. We love it! Rental Company is very professional and friendly.

Best vacation rental I’ve ever experienced. Management company very accommodating and friendly.

This is our fourth stay here since 2006. It’s cozy, providing for the family moments we miss. Yet there is room for moments to read and ponder alone. The view. The deck..upper and lower. The fenced in yard. Outdoor shower. Our family loves it here! Thank you for opening this property to us and pets.

Arrived late, management instructions to get keys were great. Location of rental was perfect. Only main issues were we had to clean the floors next morning, very dirty. Told management about floors, quick response and was given unexpected credit for cleaning charge. Second bathroom tub was draining very slowly, and bed mattress was very uncomfortable. Beach view was amazing, back deck was definitely a plus. Would possibly go back once demand goes down, overpriced for accommodations but beach/ocean view was worth it!

The house was neat clean and had everything you might need. Location was awesome.

Our experience was wonderful. The house is right on the beach, tastefully and comfortably furnished. Real Escapes staff were very professional and helpful.

We love this house and the location. It is the perfect size for my husband, myself and our pup. This was our second stay and we hope to return for another.

We also had an issue with 2 men showing up unannounced to move outdoor lounge chairs from bottom deck to top deck that we didn't care for but that and the beach chair issues are the only negative feedback I have about this property.

Nice compact two bedroom elevated house on the sand. Private Beach access. Comfy furniture and beds. Grammie loved the view, I loved walking on the beach.

We have stayed at condos and houses all over SSI and Sea Spray was by far the cleanest and nicest place we have experienced. Great views from the deck. Overall this was a great experience. My bad knees and elderly dog made the stairs leading to the front door somewhat challenging but that's on us, not the house! I would recommend this house highly.

We totally enjoyed our vacation in St Simons. Our vacation home was a key factor in our trip. The home was clean & comfortable, with wonderful views. It felt private-despite other homes & condos next door. We watched ships pass from living area & both bedrooms. Night views of ships & Reflection of the moon on the water were especially beautiful. The office staff were so kind, listen to me chat away! We highly recommend Real Escapes & this home.

Our stay was wonderful. The tv in the bedroom was a smart tv but not hooked up to internet. It would be nice to be able to sign in to your Netflix account and watch movies.

We love this beach rental, it was our 2nd time staying there and it never disappoints. Our dogs loved playing on the beach and we took several walks to the village. We love sitting on the deck watching the ships go by and just relaxing. We highly recommend this rental.

This 2 BR was perfect for our family. Kitchen well equipped. Deck was great. Location perfect. Has beach space even at high tide. Views amazing. No direct walk to beach but close by.

It’s right on the beach you just have to walk around a few rocks and weeds(don’t know why there’s not a cleaned path) almost as much fun to sit on the deck as it is the beach. Already booked my stay for next Summer.

Wonderful stay on St Simons Island

Sea Spray is a great vacation house. On the beach and a short walk to the village and restaurants. Pet friendly is a welcome bonus!

Guests have a direct view of the beach and ocean from every room and the deck. There is plenty of beach even at high tide. The property is well-kept and was super clean upon arrival. The washer/dryer and dishwasher are new. The outdoor furniture is basic,but functional. The pictures on-line are representational of the property. Steps and a boardwalk to the beach would be helpful,but not having them won't keep us from renting there again. The property manager was very nice to work with.

Ours went up by $1500 in one day, but they honored the original price from the day before, when they took my deposit. That was the start of the contract, not when I turned in the paperwork. It was overall pretty clean due to the pandemic, but I do wish rentals would clean their RUGS between customers. But overall, a great stay. We loved going to the Half Shell, and other restaurants within walking distance. We rented bikes, drove to Jekyll Island and Brunswick, visited the Kind and Prince, as well as Golden Isles Olive Oil Company. We can't wait to go back, and would use this company again.

We loved our visit to St Simons beach at the Seaspray! We were able to rest and relax and bring our little dog family with us! The beach is so nice and the house is amazing ! We loved the deck that has a gate , and how close the house was to the water . The neighborhood was quiet and we just felt like it was the best vacation . We hope to come back next year.

The Sea Spray is a perfect vacation home on the beach. The home was clean and had everything you needed. We enjoyed the views from every room all day. It is a great place to just step out on the beach for beach walks but you have to watch the tides to be able to go up and down the beach to get back to the house on the beach.

We loved this beachfront rental. It's the first time we've stayed on the beach and I won't stay anywhere else. The rental was super clean and was close to the village. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Love this place. All it lacks is HBO and high quality culinary tools. This year, had a daily newspaper for the first time - nice touch. Owner makes small improvements yearly. Since we have been coming he has updated furniture, sliding glass doors, grille, knives, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. If he could just guarantee clear blue skies and 75 degrees daily, it would be near perfect.

Our favorite rental on SSI! Great location- great kitchen ( we love to cook). Only problem was kitchen faucet on last night we were there. We always enjoy Sea Spray!!

We have stayed the GA/fla week at this property for the past several years. We originally chose it because it was on the water, within walking distance to the village, and was pet friendly. Even though we no longer have our pet, the charm of this property suits us well.
Real Escapes Properties are wonderful. They’re very professional but personable in their business. I always enjoy our chats when we are check in and made arrangements for the next years stay. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

We always vacation in rentals on St. Simons for two weeks every May. A few years ago we became aware of Sea Spray - and now cannot imagine ever staying anywhere else. The spectacular view of the beach cannot be matched.
The house is well built and well maintained. Kept very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely perfect for being at the beach. Quick access to the Village, and yet a sensible sense of privacy. From inside the house, only the ocean can be heard or seen.
And to top it all off, our experiences in working with Real Escapes Properties is always, always, first rate. All representatives are consistently courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

This was our second year at Sea Spray. Wonderful place on the ocean and a short walk to the village. If I had a wish I would wish for a BBQ and a swing for the downstairs porch. The beds are comfortable and linens are in excellent condition. The kitchen is well stocked with good utensils and a huge selection of pots and pans. The folks at the property management company were friendly and professional. Im already booked for next year.

Sea Spray is our FAVORITE rental on Saint Simons! We love the location and sound of the ocean as we relax--and the fully equipped kitchen is a BIG plus as we really like to cook top notch meals while we are there!! First class ALL the way!
