The ground floor entrance has 2 bedrooms that are serviced by a Jack N Jill bathroom and access to a private, fenced back patio with table, chairs, and gas grill. The first bedroom on the ground level has two twin beds. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the large closet has two single bunks for when there are extra kids. Both downstairs bedrooms also have TV’s. The back patio is perfect for grilling, dining outdoors, morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.
Upstairs, on the main living level, you will find it has an open concept with a living/dining room combo and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining table can seat six and the kitchen bar can handle four more. There is also a half bath and a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer.
On the third level you will find the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, walk -in closet and outdoor balcony. The master is fitted with a king bed and a Smart TV.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).
• Parking is available for up to 2 cars in front of the unit. No more than 2 cars at any time.
• Small Dogs considered for and additional pet fee of $125.00
• 3 minute walk to the beach boardwalk, 1.5 miles to the pier, village and lighthouse area
Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 4 TVs in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)
