Harbour Oaks 101

We were able to book this adorable place last minute for two nights when we were scrambling! The hosts were so easy to work with and this is a perfect spot to explore the island. Before booking I had never heard of the island so they gave me lots of helpful tips.

Enjoyed the pool it was just right for the kids and not crowded like a lot of places typically. We would definitely stay there again on another trip.

This place has been our home for 5 years during 60 days in the winter. We find the kitchen well-stocked with all tools needed for creative cooking. It's in walking distance to the ocean and many restaurants. Already counting the days until we go back!

Location was great. The unit was clean and nicely decorated.

Very clean and beautiful unit. Everything you need and more. Walking distance to parks, Pier, restaurants and island shops. Peaceful and gorgeous. 2nd time in this exact unit. LOVE IT!!!

Had a wonderful weekend with family. Saw Grandson play in tennis tournament Condo was perfect for us.

Place was clean, spacious, well equipped and beds wand couches were very comfortable. Great location- close to the beach and restaurants. Pool was ok. Nice to have. Overall great experience!

Our second year in a row coming to St. Simon Island for our family vacation. The unit is so convenient to so many things and works for our family of 5 extremely well. We are planning on being back again next year making this an annual thing for our family for as long as our kids want.

Love that there is room to hang out, comfy seating for all, privacy for master BR, quiet gated community and we had workout room to ourselves each time we used it! Very short drive to beach, walk to town. Amazing food everywhere we ate.

Very nice clean place. Well stocked kitchen for cooking in. Plenty of towels...even beach towels. Nice beds. 1/2 mile walk to ocean. Lots of restaurants with in walking distance.

It was our first time to the Golden Isles. We chose this unit due to the location and it was fantastic. Our 3 boys loved the bunk room and giant couches. We took advantage of the pool a few times after hot days at the beach (East beach about 8 min drive). Playground and baseball fields a short walk on the way to St. Simon pier village with shops and restaurants. An easy walk to the pier for nightly sunsets, more playgrounds or to see the lighthouse. It is about a 30 min drive to Jekyll Island. My family is already asking if we can come back next year.

Spectacular rental at 101 Harbour Oaks

Clean and very well equipped.

We love this unit. It is so comfortable and full of light. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools needed for being creative with food. (I’m a retired pastry chef) It’s just a short walk to the ocean and SSI village. It’s nice to have so many good restaurants in walking distance. Our favorite restaurants are Blue Bay, Iguanas Mallery Street Cafe and Palm Coast. It’s so nice eating outside in January and February. Great playground 5
minutes away ...that are grandkids enjoy. We spent 2 months in this unit and can’t wait to come back in 2023. Thanks to Realescapes Properties for always being so helpful during our stay.

I did not meet the office staff as we collected the keys after 5:00 pm. The stay at the property was very enjoyable and I will highly recommend it to my family and friends.

Our staff was sick of participating in conferences from our desks, and needed a quick get-away. We spent two nights in this beautifully decorated, VERY CLEAN three bedroom apartment. We were very pleased to be in a gated community and felt safe and really enjoyed our stay!

We loved the condo! It was welcoming andf well stocked. We like all of the blankets. The couches are amazing!

Quick, easy, great experience

We enjoyed our visit. The only issue we had was that the sliding glass doors would not open so we couldn't just step outside to sit in the morning/evening we had to walk around the side of the house. Other than that Great stay. Would def. go back.

Clean, comfortable,, over the top! Harbour Oaks is only 5 min from the ocean, but as if that weren’t enough. The best things about this place were in the small details. The decor was lite and simple, the kitchen had everything you needed, it was clean, and they even had beach towels just in case you forgot yours. Overall a great place to stay.

This was a great property! Very clean, updated, great location. It was the perfect place for 6 adults to spend the weekend while in town for a wedding. We could walk to the waterfront, restaurants, and the lighthouse.

This place was awesome. Very clean, kitchen met my chef needs for cooking, walking distance to restaurants, easy access to ocean, very comfortable beds and lots of charger areas. We can’t wait to come back in 2021.

This was are 1st time staying at 101 Harbor Oaks.
Everything about this unit is warm and inviting. The place was very clean, beds were awesome. Furniture was very comfortable.
I’m a retired Chef and the kitchen had everything I needed to be creative with cooking. Bread pans, cake pans, casserole dishes, nice knife set and more.
We can’t wait to come back in 2021.

This condo was more then we expected. The pictures didn't do it justice. It was nice and quiet with great landscaping. The beds and sofas were super comfortable and the kitchen had every thing you need to cook large meals (we didn't, too many excellent restaurants in the vicinity!). The condo is a short pleasant walk to restaurants and night life. The rental staff were friendly and check in/check out was very easy and quick. I will definitely be back!

This is the first time we've ever rented anything other than a hotel, so we were a tad apprehensive. We needn't have been, as it was very clean and suited our needs perfectly.

We highly recommend Real Escapes, they were excellent to work with, and Harbour Oaks 101 was just lovely! Highly recommended!
