Beach Club 436

Thanks for having us!

Provided everything that was needed and was close to restaurants, pool, and beach. It was a great time of the year, less crowded than June and July. Everything was provided by the elevators to carry your belongings to the unit. Building was clean and staff was polite. We have found our yearly location for vacation--there are multiple units to choose from!

Wonderful place to stay--I would highly recommend to my friends.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness & beautifully decorated condo.

Location was excellent. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach.
The condo itself was a bit dusty and there was a lot of just extra furniture that seemed excessive. The property management company was excellent, our welcome packet was ready, they called after we got in to check on some things and were very pleasant to work with.

Changes had been made to the Internet service on all units prior to our arrival . So, we did not immediately have service. My wife called the building manager’s office. A lady came up immediately to access the situation. Within minutes a service providers’ technician arrived and did a masterful job figuring out and fixing the problem. Cheri was delighted at the quick and expert service and their positive and friendly attitudes. We had no problems afterward. We look forward to returning to the Beach Club.

Beautiful--would rent again!

We had a great time staying in this condo! It was perfect location for beach and pool!
I would suggest removing some of the extra furniture in the living room and bedrooms to make room for the families staying there. I would also suggest a smaller table in the kitchen with more compact chairs. While we respected the AC rules, I would suggest replacing that unit to avoid someone accidentally forgetting to set the temp high during the day.

Overall, we loved the Beach Club and our trip was great!

Our stay was very relaxing. The condo was very clean. The decor is quite outdated but that was overlooked because it was so clean and comfortable. There were only 2 of us and honestly it would have been tight if you had 4 adults. Would we stay there again, absolutely!!

We enjoyed our stay, great beach and pool, very clean condo, but hope you don't mind the 1988 Mediterranean decor. We didn't, so will likely return next year. great value

We had a great time in St. Simons Island and enjoyed our stay in Beach Club 436. The community and residents are very nice and welcoming.

Great location. Condo had everything we needed. Only complaint is that the sliding glass doors to balcony were not clean.

We had a great stay at this condo. It was a perfect location, right on the beach. I would recommend to anyone going for a nice weekend getaway.
