I had a great time, the place is super comfortable, very clean and very prepared to have a great stay. It was a very good experience for my family and my pet, I highly recommend it and of course I would return .

Everything was as described. Very clean and the staff at Real Escapes is like no other - helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and timely.

B-6 was very clean and well maintained. Nicely furnished and decorated. Kitchen was well equipped. Perfect for 6 people. Great location. Loved that the pool was so close.

Location was great! Bedrooms comfy. Kitchen needs updating also washer and dryer! Furniture in living area needs updating too.

We did not like the lights,TVs,or stairs. We are use to cable. The TVs were very difficult to use. I will pay more attention to a condo layout next time we rent. The stairs were hard for me and our old dog.

My husband, son, his wife, and their two children spent three nights in St Simons, GA for a holiday weekend that also kicked off the summer for the children. We enjoyed our stay, although the weather was unseasonably chilly and wet for Saturday and not conducive to beach on Sunday. We enjoyed the time together, renting a golf cart, eating tasty seafood, and searching for the face tree carvings.

Highly recommend. Great location. You can walk to the pier, shops and restaurants. Well equipped with everything you need and right across from the community heated pool.

Questions unanswered from email communication. However, my husband called and we got all our questions and concerns resolved. Easy to check in and out. Ocean Walk was a great community and location perfect.

This was our third year staying in B6. We love it and will stay again.

Vacation with girlfriend . Very nice condo and complex has great amenities especially for dog owners. Location is excellent. Walk to village and pier everyday and only a 5 minute drive to any of the beaches. We lucked out on the weather. Warm and sunny every day. The rental agency was very helpful and responsive.

Very Clean, comfortable, excellent cookware, bakeware, dishes etc.. Some items were dirty but that's not on the owner but previous guests. Excellent quality for the sheets, towels etc.. Overall an exceptional rental. The decor adds to the warmth and relaxation.

This is our 2nd year staying at your rental property for Thanksgiving. Everything was spotless, and the decor was beautiful. We had 8 eat a Thanksgiving lunch there comfortably. The beds were top notch.
The only negative thing for the second year in a row was a poorly working toilet in the master suite and low water pressure in the second bathroom sink.

It was relatively convenient for what I needed, safe, and clean. As I mentioned to the property managers, I was a bit surprised that there was no ESPN or TNT TV channel availability (who doesn't have ESPN?), which hampered my enjoyment somewhat since I intended on watching playoff basketball and hockey in the evenings when I got back from work. Otherwise, I have no complaints (and that one is obviously nitpicky...) and enjoyed my stay. It was fairly easy walking distance to the pier and the restaurants/shops there.

The unit is ideally situated for walking to the village and its many restaurants. It has many upgrades from windows to appliances to kitchen counters. It offers all anyone would need to function in a home away from home. However, we would recommend you bring your own sheets, bath and kitchen towels, which we did. We rented it again for next year.

Clean, convenient and a complete kitchen.... actually, more gear than expected. Plenty of fresh new(?) towels and linens.
Within walking distance to many seaside attractions AND the dog park.

had a wonderful time. the home is very pet friendly. they had food/water bowls as well as toys and beds for our Dog. the home was clean, quite and comfortable.

Townhouse met our expectations, was very clean,quiet, nicely decorated, located in a nice area.

We have stayed in Ocean Walk numerous times and this unit is in a great location at the front of the complex. The beachy decor made you feel the island vibe as soon as you walked in the door. The owner has went above and beyond furnishing this place. There was even a dog food bowl and bed! Two thumbs up! The king sized bed in the Master is actually a comfortable bed! The one and only negative I would give this place would be how loud the air handler is when the air kicks on but that's nothing they can control (it's in a closet right next to the living room so you just have to turn the TV up when it comes on). Other than that, everything was great and we would definitely stay here again. Real Escapes Properties was spot on--I would use them if I had a rental property on the island.

This was our first vacation in many years and the house was perfect. It was very clean with nice furniture and decorations. I was impressed!

We enjoyed this unit and location very much. The unit itself has everything one could need and the property has many added amenities. Only thing missing is a hot tub! I would not hesitate to book this unit at Ocean Walk. I have stayed in several at this location and this has been my favorite with the updated interior.

Nice 3 bedroom updated condo. My daughter loved the pool and our poodle loved walking around the lake. Housecleaning could step up a notch as all dishes had dried food on them, but satisfied overall.

The only thing I would recommend is for someone to keep the inside and outside of the condo treated with a professional exterminator. As soon as we arrived I opened the sliding door going to the back patio and right outside the door was a RAT family. Also there were bugs and a snail inside the house. The rug in front of the sofa is very dirty. I will have to say that when we called the after hours phone number about the rats they responded immediately. Also on Christmas 'eve we returned after being gone most of the day and the toilet tank upstairs had some cracks in it and flooded the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Again when we called maintenance they responded immediately.

The condo was a great place to spend a beautiful fall week. We enjoyed Ocean Walk's duck pond, playground, and heated pool. Love the location and walked to the Village every day. Also a great area for biking. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Thank you!

Loved the condo, the dogs did, too! It's a great size, clean, welcoming, and in a perfect location to get to East Beach and the Village easily.

We loved our stay at B6. The kitchen was fully stocked and location couldn't be beat. We enjoyed the pool and kids loved the ducks and pond.

The rental suited our needs very much. It is roomy and very well equipped. I love to cook and found the kitchen good to work in. Also all appliances are great. It is handy having the laundry so convenient too. The beds are comfortable. Also nice to have the 3 bathrooms. The only suggestion would be is a different bathroom as we found it difficult to clean with the present one. This one was good for the kitchen area. We enjoyed the location and vicinity to the village as we loved to walk down to the village. We regretfully had to leavel for Canada 2weeks early due to Convid-19. Looking forward to returning next year.

We love this rental property. It is in a great location. It is upgraded, spacious and comfortable and having the 3 bedrooms works very well. The home is well equipped throughout and all the appliances are newer The kitchen has every we need as we love to cook! The only thing we missed was not having a barbecue at the home.

We found the condo to be the perfect place to vacation with our adult children and our grands! The description of the unit was exactly what we found. We had all of the amenities we needed and it was very clean. The pool was a big hit. The location was close to the village and great restaurants.

We go to St. Simons at least every other year and we always stay in the Ocean Walk Community, we love the pools and location and beauty of it. We have stayed at a few different condos in Ocean Walk and this is by far the BEST one we have stayed in. The extras were so awesome! The decoration and comfort were 100%! We will be staying at this one from now on! I highly recommend it!

Loved this community. Everyone we met was so friendly and helpful. Close to shopping and beach access.

My family and I vacation on SSI frequently and we always stay at Ocean Walk. This is by far the best unit that we have stayed at. The owners have done a beautiful job at renovating/decorating this unit. The unit also contained a lot extras that made our visit extremely comfortable. Examples: A FULL kitchen including anything you could need to cook with, small throw blankets that the kids loved, lots of storage space, nice closets with extra shelving, smart televisions, and much more. We will definitely stay here again next year.

Three generations of my family stayed in this property and everyone loved it. The owners went above and beyond when it came to incorporating special features in the unit. A lot of rentals where I’ve stayed in the past felt like just that; a basic unit with cheap, contractor-grade finishes. But this unit, with the higher grade finishes and countless upgraded features (such as google voice) made our family feel like home. Our stay was nothing less than stellar. I’ve already recommended it to friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay in Oceanwalk B-6. It was very convenient to school & work & activities.

Newly Updated. Family and I had a great time on St Simmons Island.
