Beach Club 225

Great location and beach access. This condo is comfortable but quite outdated with many dusty silk plants.

Condo was available early, easy pick up of info, condo was great! Carts available for bringing stuff to condo, condo very clean, great location. Loved the pool and walk to beach was manageable with hard packed sand. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had what you needed.

Condo was great, loved the location! Would recommend! Only complaint is having to go to the office at a different location to get room code info before checking in and when checking out. This is inconvenient and the information could easily be given through email.

Well appointed condo, very comfortable. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Beautiful Place

room was very nice, covered parking a plus, nice and very quiet, great restaurants, beautiful pool, wonderful people, but only downer was such a long walk to the beach, only went one time in our weeks stay, so that was disappointing

The access to the beach, beach views and beautiful pool were amazing! The staff in your office were very kind and helpful! This unit had two very nice bathrooms and there are many perks (like your helpful staff) that make us want to rent with you again.

This was definitely a good option for my stay. I was attending a conference at the King & Prince, but the rooms were sold out. This was close by. The condo was comfortable and clean. The parking is a little tight but nice that it's covered. Also the condo had a very slight odor -- maybe prior smokers? I didn't notice after being in the condo for a bit but when you first walk in it was noticeable. But otherwise it was very clean, the rental company was very professional and helpful, and it was a good spot to stay. You do need to bring your own beach towels and chairs as those are not provided.

We stayed in this apartment for 9 nights in May 2022 The apartment was not as featured in this photo There were extra items of furniture in the lounge which made the room difficult to get round The initial impression was of a dark room with most of the wall space featuring pictures The sofa had a damaged leg The kitchen cupboards were ancient and the ice maker in the freezer compartment appeared to be operating continuously We had to empty the ice cubes every 2 days! The waste disposal unit in the sink backed up several times and eventually developed a major leak This had clearly happened over a lengthy time since the cabinet showed evidence of prior leakage. The master bedroom was excellent and bathroom was very large with double sinks All things considered we would probably stay in Beach Club again but not in this apartment We informened. Real Escapes of thes matters on departure

The room and view were the same as shown in the pictures. The property was really clean and well-taken care of. The room was well kept and clean. The check-in and check-out procedures were simple and easy to follow. This is our 2nd year at the BC and we will be back, we love the poolside, the beach access and the community is awesome!

Everything was exactly as I expected it to be! Very very happy! We will definitely be staying at the specific condo on a regular basis.

The condo was excellent. Directions on how to obtain/drop off keys were easy. The condo had everything we needed for our stay on SSI. Would have been nice to also have beach chairs in the rental to use. Within walking distance of great restaurants and a park.

We had a lovely stay on St Simons. This condo had just enough space for our family of four (kids are 16 and 12) to be comfortable. The view of the ocean each morning from the balcony was a beautiful sight to start the day. The artificial plants in the place could do with a swipe of the feather duster and the ironing board probably should have been retired a few years ago, but the rest of the place was exactly right. Oh, a warning to those with big vehicles - the parking deck has just over a six foot clearance and the parking spaces are SMALL. Bring your parking ninja skills! (There are some spaces outside the garage as well, they just go really fast.) If we need another rental on the island, I'd hope we could book here again.

This condo was nice, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It has been a while since I have stayed in a condo: only complaint is the noise. I would recommend this condo for rental.

The condo is great. It could use a few more items in the kitchen - we tried to make pasta one night and had to wash and reuse the same pot for sauce and noodles. The beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean.
The only real negative was the traffic. St Simons is doing road construction and it took us over an hour to get from airport to the condo at peak time in the afternoon.
The traffic isn't the fault of anyone, but it's a reality right now on the island.

The experience with Real Escapes Properties was flawless. The unit was spectacular and the Beach Club and it's amenities were everything you could want. We did have one problem the night we checked in, I mistakenly left the key in the unit as I was unloading the car. I called up the after hours service for Real Escape and was back in the unit in a matter of minutes.

We had a very pleasant stay. Our condo was very clean and comfortable. A short walk to the beach and easy beach chair/umbrella rental.

I loved this place! We had never visited St Simons before, but we will definitely be back! The condo was clean and well-appointed. The pool area is fabulous, and we enjoyed every aspect of our stay.

The home was nicely furnished and very clean. The only small issue was two chairs of the balcony were completely unusable.

Wonderful weather for our long weekend. The condo was great! Very clean and had everything we needed. Very nice master bath with a great shower. Loved the complex at Beach Club. Great pool and beautiful beach with easy access. The Island has the best dining options so difficult to choose. Highly recommend the area to visit and especially this condo. You won’t be disappointed!

The condo was as described - neat and clean. The complex was very well maintained and the pool area very nice. The beach was amazing, you could walk for miles on clean hard sand when the tide was out. Our only negative issue was that the facility was overrun with a group of about a dozen early teens who dominated the hot tubs and were extremely loud. Some nights it was between ten and eleven pm before they would leave. It was our belief that most came from other areas and were not guests at the complex. We did not feel management did enough to respond to the situation. It took a “A” rayed vacation stay down to a “B-“ stay.

The rental unit at 225 Beach Club was awesome. The condo was nicely furnished, was clean, fully equipped with everything we needed. The facilities were perfect.

Everything from start to finish was excellent and will certainly stay here again !

We really enjoyed our recent stay in this rental unit at the Beach Club. The pictures don't do it justice! The view is so pretty! The layout was just as described. The overall property is very well maintained !!! Great place to stay and we will definitely return !
