Home was better than pictures, neighborhood was gorgeous and town was right around the corner.

Rooms are spacious with private baths for most guests. The neighborhood is beautifully landscaped and very close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The house needs more Internet bandwith, with multiple users it was often down.

This beautiful home was the perfect weekend spot! Great location! Walkable to the pier and restaurants. The house was extremely comfortable and well decorated.

We've stayed at Doc's Inn three times so far and have loved each visit. This time was even more enjoyable with the new sitting room and extra bathroom upstairs. We look forward to staying here again!

We loved our recent stay at Doc’s Inn! The location was perfect- close to the pier and village. It is located in a beautiful, small, private community of other homes. The home is beautifully decorated and we had plenty of space to enjoy. Loved the 1st floor Master Suite that was perfect for the grandparents that joined us. We highly recommend renting this home and hope to return to SSI one day. Great vacation!

This house and area is so wonderful. Walking distance to downtown St. Simons. We rented this house and one across the street for family for our daughter's wedding. The neighbors were so kind, the homes beautiful and comfortable.

Docs Inn was fantastic. Very well appointed and decorated in a lovely setting. Love the front porch!We will definitely be back!

First visit to St. Simon's Island, beautiful area, wonderful weather. Moved up the coast from our original destination, Amelia Island FL due to a lack of inventory available there.

We had a great stay at Docs Inn! My only suggestion would be a later check out time. It is very difficult to get everyone up moving and packed by 10 am.

We stayed in the master bedroom and thought it was very adequate. Our friends stayed in two of the bedrooms upstairs and weren’t very pleased with accommodations. One of the beds rooms was very tight, bathroom not handy, shortage of linens. The furnishings were very nice, the kitchen worked well. Love the location and neighborhood.

Loved IT! Drove up to the house and family members had already arrived, I thought this is a dream and when I walked in...OMG. Everyone could not stop saying how beautiful it was. Close to all, a spectacular beach, even went to visit Jekyll Island. Can not say enough about how lovely everything was. Would absolutely recommend it for the comforts and the entire experience!

We came down for a friends son’s wedding. We had 4 couples. The sleeping arrangements were perfect. The location was great - we walked everywhere. Very close to village for shopping, eating, pier and light house. Short drive to the beach. House was very clean, very nicely decorated and was well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay.

It was our first visit to St Simon's island and was a wonderful experience. The property description was accurate, indeed, it exceeded our expectations in terms of location, layout, amenities. It was just a beautiful, perfectly maintained property and community. When a problem arose with TV/cable/Internet reception, property management came over and spent all the time required, including communicating with the service provider, until service was restored. I would highly recommend this property and property management service to a friend or relative. I have already recommended St Simon's Island to a couple (who would not need such a large property). While there, we took advantage of the wonderful amenities and did lots of cooking, but also visited a restaurant, the beach, ice cream shop, and went bike-riding. My kids said it was their best experience of the summer.

The house was incredibly spacious, well appointed and very walk-able to the village. This was an outstanding rental house for 4 couples and we didn't even use the 5th bedroom with 2 single beds!

We have stayed at Docs Inn for the past 2 years. We attend the IDEAS Conference each year. The location and amount of bedrooms and space makes it an ideal location for us. The rental process is easy and we were able to rent this location again for next year.

Doc's Inn was absolutely perfect for our family get together. It was so gorgeous, amazing location, and had everything we needed! Sitting with a cup of coffee on the front porch swing was a wonderful way to start the day. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful house!!!

This was our 3rd trip to this property in Doc Inn, and it was fabulous. The house we stayed in was perfect for our needs, and the staff at Real Escapes is very professional and super friendly.

Our stay was more than expected as we were close to everything and enjoyed the many comforts of the home. We enjoyed the many amenities that the home had and have stayed before and will stay again. Great home with great things to make great stay!!!

We had 9 high school friends on our visit and Doc's Inn was such a wonderful place to stay. The lovely, charming home had everything that we needed! The property description & photos were great in helping us plan sleeping arrangements, etc. In fact, we thought that the property was "above and beyond" our expectations - we really loved sitting out on the front porch in the evenings! The decorations were precious and the beds were all very comfortable. The management company could not have been more every way! Our daily agenda included lots of shopping, drinking wine, and dining out at great restaurants (twice daily - no cooking, except breakfast for this bunch)! Some of our favorite restaurants included: Georgia Sea Grill, Crab Daddy's, Crab Trap, & Gnat's Landing- all not expensive, but delicious seafood! Doc's Inn was conveniently located to almost everything on the island! Just loved our trip!

We highly recommend this lovely property. The owner and rental company were professional and ensured that we had everything we needed during our stay. Doc's Inn is a beautiful home located within the Village Oaks community, easy walking distance to dining and shopping. The decor makes you feel like it's your home away from home. During our stay, we experienced an unforeseen circumstance, but Bonnie and the rental company handled it immediately and professionally. Five stars! We will definitely be coming back.
