Welcome to Ocean Walk H-14!
Beautifully updated two bedroom, two bath upstairs condominium in picturesque Ocean Walk Community. Features of this unit include flat screen TV in the spacious living room, quiet patio, full size washer and dryer and all the amenities that Ocean Walk has to offer! The kitchen has had some nice updates along with new flooring. Adorable dinner table that seats four comfortably. The Master bedroom features a King bed with en-suite bath featuring tub/shower combination. The guest room has a set of twin beds.
So much to do, fish in the lake or feed the ducks. Play basketball, or swing at the playground, or have a good work out in the exercise room that over looks the lake. Ocean Walk is a short walk to the pier where crabbing is always fun. Build sand castles or fly kites at the beach. You can ride bikes over the entire Island. Come stay with us and fall in love with St. Simons and Ocean Walk. 0.9 Miles to the Village, Beach and Pier.
Ocean Walk is a 16 acre, beautifully landscaped community with century old oak trees and a pond. Amenities on site include two pools (one of which is heated yearly from September through April), a fitness canter, tennis courts, children's playground, and clubhouse with internet access.
Ocean Walk H-14 is an upstairs unit. There are no elevators at Ocean Walk.
This property is equipped with a door security camera.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons).
• Sorry, but NO pets are allowed in this unit.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles.
• .9 miles to Massengale Beach Access, 1.5 miles to Coast Guard Station Access,1/2 mile to Pier & Village
Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo which was exactly as described. The location was close to the village and outlook from the balcony over to the pond was good. Bed was comfortable and kitchen well stocked although a bit cluttered.

The property was very outdated. The appliances are old and do not work properly. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The space is very clustered and the paint is in very poor condition

Our family enjoyed our time at the condo. It was clean and well stocked and as portrayed in the listing. We enjoyed biking around the Island, and the condo is conveniently located to the beach and the Village. We also took advantage of the tennis/pickle ball courts and basketball in the condo complex.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay in Ocean Walk H-14 and our experience with Real Escapes. Mary was incredible to deal with and the condo had anything and everything we needed(or forgot to bring..lol).
Location was great, short walk to the pier and great shopping/restaurants!
Will definitely call Real Escapes for our next trip to SSI!
