Windward Point 109

The condo was in a great location and was ideal for our wedding guests. It was clean, very comfortable, and we highly recommend it.

We have stayed in Windward 109 many times. It is well appointed, has a private pool, well located and the management company , Real Escapes , is very easy to work with. Only complaint , the unit could use a much larger , updated , television.

We will continue to stay in this unit as long as the pricing remains good

We had a wonderful time. Enjoyed First Friday. Ate too much at Fish &Gritz Festival. Relaxed and looked out over the marsh.

We have stayed at 109 Windward at least 10 times. It is well located next to Sea Palms Golf Club and Sago restaurant. It is clean, spacious and well appointed. The rental rate is reasonable.

The only negative is that their televisions are very small- they need to be upgraded.

We really like this unit and plan to return several times this year and future years.

The only suggestion would be larger tv in bedrooms.

We were on the Island for a very busy week. It was wonderful to “come home” to such delightful surroundings.

We have stayed in 109 Windward on at least 5 occasions. It is very comfortable and well appointed. It is also well located- next door to Sea Palms Golf Club and easy driving to anywhere on the island. We already have it booked for 3 more visits.

It would be nice if the owners had a larger TV in the living room- it is pretty small. Other than that, we are delighted with the accommodations.

We have stayed in this unit 5 times. It is well located, spacious and well appointed. They do need larger TVs- they are very small. We will continue to stay here as long as the price remains very good.

My family and I enjoyed our stay and loved the view of the marsh. The rooms were spacious and the condo looked even better in person. We were pleasantly surprised and look forward to returning.

My birthday/family vacation was the best and staying here made it even better! Everything was stocked as needed, we loved that everyone had their own room and full bath! The dining area, was our hang out we loved the huge table. The golf resort was area was such a nice scenery. Waking up to step on the patio and feel the cool breeze from the direction on the Marsh was a unforgettable feel. St. Simon is one of my family favorite vacation Islands. We would love to stay here again. Thank you

Our experience on St Simons Island was wonderful! The condo was perfect for us, our children and grandchildren. It would have been helpful to know that the pool would not be open until April 1 as we would have used it a lot. We would definitely recommend this place to families.

Everything was great. Only issues I had was the wifi wouldn't work. The pool wasn't open for the kids to swim in. The disposal wasn't working either. Other than that no complaints

We had a lovely stay at 109 Windward Point. The unit is just as described, and the pictures tell the true story. Great view of the marsh from the balcony with all its various birds and different looks at different times of day. The unit is very spacious and accommodating. The Real Escapes staff makes the entire experience very rewarding and uncomplicated.

We had a very relaxing time on our vacation to St. Simons. The condo was not on the beach, but the island is small and it took no time to drive there. Our children enjoyed having a pool to swim in while our littlest took a nap in the afternoon. The condo was spotless with plenty of dishes and towels. Our only suggestion would be to leave more dish detergent, at least one pod for each night the condo is rented for.
