Nice condo in a nice complex!!

We loved our family time at the beach in Saint Simons Island. Our condo was wonderful, and the view made me happy.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo! The views of the ocean and grounds from the 3rd floor were just gorgeous during the day and even at night. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, was very clean and tastefully decorated with a cute beach theme. The management company was also extremely helpful and pleasant! We will definitely be back to rent this condo again!

Been coming for almost 20 years - the last six have been at the Grand 307. The unit is always clean and very well stocked. The beach is just beyond the pool and the view from the balcony is great. Since we have been renting 307, the owners have invested in all new sliders and a new heat pump and air handler. Over the years we have had minor issues with various condos and Real Escapes has always resolved them promptly. We have been very pleased with Mary, Brook and the staff at Real Escapes. We are booked for 2024!

The view and sunrise from the Master Bedroom is amazing!

My family holds its annual reunion on SSI, and most of us stay at the Grand. My immediate family and I stayed in Condo 307 this year and really loved it. Nice furniture, kitchen appliances and the rooms are clean and well-appointed. We'll be back in this same condo next summer!

A perfect month away from home. The new sliding doors in the living area as well as the master bedroom enhanced the beautiful view. The owners keep updating the unit to add to the comfort and atmosphere.

Loved being ocean front.
The unit did need dining table and chairs on balcony. There were chairs but no dining space. Tub/showers in bedrooms 2 & 3 need at least one handicap bar.

We had a fantastic time at the Grand. The po cation was great. Easy bike ride to town and short walk to the beach. Make the trip to Jekyll island and explore driftwood beach. The rental was very clean and pretty well taken care of. Property manager was very helpful with a key issue and resolved it with in minutes. Thanks for a great experience.

Been to The Grand 307 several years now and have always valued our time there. Clean, convenient and spacious. For us, pet friendly is very important. Plenty of space to walk with the dog and most everyone cleans up after their pets. Management on site and with Real Escapes step up to any rare problem that may develop.
Of course we'll be back!

My wife and I took our kids for a quick weekend getaway before they head back to school. This location was perfect! St. Simons is beautiful and the property was an incredible location, from balcony views, to access to the beach to finding restaurants in town. The property was as advertised, clean and in great shape, check in and out was easy, never had an issue at all. I highly recommend the property and hope to get back there soon!

307 Grand exceeded our expectations! Spacious, beautiful, clean, perfect location! We cannot wait to go back!!!

This condo is well equipped to handle 6 to 8 guests. There is ample room for everyone to relax and/or have privacy. The view from the great room and balcony is spectacular. We have been coming for several years and plan to return again.

This is a fantastic unit that is beautifully decorated with awesome ocean views. This was our first time renting this unit and we have already booked it again for our next vacation. It’s convenient to the elevator and the covered parking is a bonus. You will definitely be completely satisfied with this unit and your fur babies will love it also.

The beach was closed for much of our recent stay as was the pool, but the grounds are well maintained and enjoyable to wonder through. Or course the view from the deck is spectacular particularly during the sunrise. The picture shown has minor furniture differences that are from a few years back. The kitchen has all you need to prepare and serve meals. We look forward to returning next year!

Walking distance to several restaurants and short ride to Village to many more. Best equipt condo we have stayed in. We have stayed several times, and every time we go something has been up-graded.

Been to St. Simons many times but the Grand really is exceptional. Grand kinds love it and the beach couldn't closer. The units are spacious and well planned. If ever needed Real Escapes is always prepared to assist.We'll certainly be back!

Real Escapes continues to be the friendly, professional operation we first contacted 10 plus years ago. Though it has many more rental listings now, the personal service and concern for clients is still very much alive. The units we have rented over the years were always clean and appealing. The Grand is wonderful and we will be returning for may years.

Our recent stay at 307 SSI Grand was simply wonderful--the condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable,the kitchen is the best-stocked kitchen I've ever seen for a rental home, the heated pool was great (we swam every day) and you can't beat the easy access to the beach. I love working with the folks at Real Escapes--the staff is very friendly, always accessible and so accommodating! We will definitely be back!

The view from this condo is spectacular. Even during a rare rainstorm it’s exciting to watch the shy and sea. The condo is furnished comfortably and there are cozy spots to sit and read. There is convenient access to the beach and the heated pool is very comfortable if the breeze is a little chilly on a fall day. We have already reserved this condo for out next stay.

What a wonderful week we had!! Real Escapes was a breeze to work with, and they staff was great! Our condo was as described, and better than the pics!! We may even buy the mattress we slept on; such a comfortable bed and the ffurniture was great! Very kid-friendly, great pool and beach access, very private, the grounds were well-maintained as was the rest of the property. A park was in a short walking distance and we went there daily. There are also several restaurants, a great clothing store, and a small market within a short walking distance. We ordered food from the King and Prince and had lunch on the beach (highly reonded experience)!

All in all, we highly recommend this group and the St. Simons Grand! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We look forward to returning again to St Simons and staying in this condo.
