Wonderful rental property... perfect location... safe feeling area .. beautiful beaches

Very nice, quiet condo in easy walking distance to the pier, beach and restaurants and shops. Spacious, clean and comfortable. I will likely rent this place again.

Real Escape Properties was fantastic to rent from! The condo itself was good. The location was ideal for us. We could walk to the pier and were a close drive to the beach. The condo was clean and nice. The beds were soft but ok overall. I would've liked more stuff in the kitchen or at least pans and things that were in better condition for a month long stay. However, it probably wouldn't be a problem for a week or so stay! Overall, I'd recommend staying here, and I'd stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

My only problems with the condo were the lack of hangers. I feel with the price that was charged you could install some kind of hanger system that people couldn’t steal, like in a hotel.
Also I don’t know who takes care of the extermination of ants but that needs to be addressed.
Lastly both bathrooms should be set up for guests with towels and toilet paper for the arrival of guests.
I have rented this condo before and I know this isn’t there usual standards

Our family of 3 had the right amount of comfortable space. Condo is convenient to everything, walkable to parks and shore.

We have rented this 1st floor condo for a number of years. It is adequate & provides some of the basics for a short term rental.

Overall, it was just ok. For a gated community, I expected more. The condos are pretty small. The kitchen was tiny. Lighting outside at night is poor and made walking the dog a little scary. The smell of the cleaning supplies used was extremely overpowering upon arrival. Housekeeping was banging on the door 15 mins prior to our checkout time, which was frustrating. Pictures are misleading g with size and furnishings. Location to walk down to the pier was great.

We enjoyed our stay at Harbour Oaks on St. Simons Island. It was a short walk to the beach and perfect for our pups with the park close by.

Unit is downstairs and well located. it is furnished well and the landscaping of the complex is beautiful.

I thought this property was adequate....two pluses was that it was clean and spacious. However, I felt that probably because of its location that it was a bit dark. The decor was a mix and linens and kitchen supplies were at a minimum, all giving me the overall impression that perhaps this was a first time rental

Everything went smoothly and the employees went above and beyond to accommodate my late arrival.

Great location! Beds were comfortable, nice complex, loved that it also had covered parking. Furniture in the unit was nice.
Downsides were the claustrophobicly small and ill-equipped kitchen. My husband was upset that the TV was not HD. I didn't care that much.

It’s a clean & well appointed condo. It worked very well for us and would recommend it to anyone. I would recommend talking to to the people who rent 112 about putting down carpet for the heavy footed people who stay there. Thank Goodness they didn’t stay long!!

We’ve stayed at Harbour Oaks for 4 years. The location is very convenient to the Village / Pier. We’ve stayed in this unit at least twice before. This year, the unit seemed to have aged a bit. There needs to be some work done to freshen it up.

we make an annual 6 week trip, with our bicycles, to SSI to enjoy the many bicycle trails in the area.

We had a great time on the island once again. The harbour oaks condo was very accommodating and cozy.

The unit was great for sharing with another couple The unit was clean and furnished nicely, however the living room furniture was not the same furniture that is shown in the photos on the website. That was not a problem for us but could have been since I was expecting a sleeeper sofa.

I’ve rented this condo twice now, and at this location probably 5 times. Like that we can walk to the pier area, including restaurants. This is a first floor condo so good for accessibility. Kitchen is minimally equipped but fine for breakfasts and an occasional dinner. Love St Simons.

curious as to whether 2 of Ken's shorts (yellow & khaki),which were left behind, were found on the left shelf in the closet in the back bedroom???

during our twelfth annual visit to SSI we had great weather for bicycling the many paths on the island.

Everything was fantastic a relaxing retreat!!! We would definitely rent this condo again! the only thing that bothered me was that an exterminator just walked into the condo unannounced while I was getting ready to shower and began spraying liquid in the floors!!! I have a small dog and I asked if it was safe and I was blown off saying "yeah it's safe" since this my dog had an episode of bloody urine!! I taking her to the vet today!!!!! This also happened at my sisters condo and she walked in on my nephew getting dressed, not cool!!!!!!!!
