Ocean Walk B-4

Older, but clean condo with great amenities throughout the complex. We loved being able to walk to the Village and Pier to enjoy meals and play on the playgrounds. There is a nice playground inside the complex as well. Our kids had fun playing basketball located inside the tennis courts. And the pool was clean and conveniently located to the condo.
The condo was spacious. It could use some updating, but everything felt clean. Being at the beach, it would be nice to have a washer and dryer included in the condo, but there are laundry facilities located within the condo complex.

Outstanding location. Extra clean and supplied unit. Across from pool. Family had a wonderful time.

A mishap for reservations with . They canceled my reservation due to a missing number in credit card and no one notified us.

But the mgt company did get us a place for same price and an upgrade. Very blessed.

Cute townhouse convenient to the village and park. Great location...across from the pool. We will definitely be back!

Very convenient to the Village and the beach. Loved being across from the larger pool. Unit was clean & had everything we needed for a great vacation. Dryer & refrigerator show wear(some rusting) but work fine.

We loved this property. Honestly, did not need anything else. Thanks for the dishwasher & laundry detergent and plenty of towels. The crib rental people (Baby's Away) were there early and checked with us about pick up time at the end of our stay. The pool was awesome. Office staff was very helpful!

We were very comfortable there. The front door slamming is very annoying. It has been that way for years but when someone comes that doesn’t know there isn’t some kind of closure and bang. I think it would bother the neighbors too. I left a note that we put a dining room chair in livingroom so no one would sit on it. Just needs glued I think. Refrigerator is hard to do anything with shelves the other door to laundry is in the way.

Nice layout and condo complex offered nice amenities, but kitchen and bathrooms were on the older side and bedding wasn't all that comfortable.

Good location just a short drive to the beach. The kids loved the pool on the property (complete with volleyball net), swings hanging from the trees were a nice surprise and they played on the playground. The Pier Village and Fort St. Simon were close with lots to do...we wished we could have stayed longer. Mary at the rental company was awesome. We would visit again.

We love staying in Ocean Walk. This condo was very clean and the beds were comfy. We will definitely stay here again. Our payment method got mixed up with someone else's but was corrected. No apology from Real Escapes but such is life.

We love St. Simons Island and Ocean Walk so we've stayed here many times. Condo had everything we needed. Short walk to village and easy bike ride to beach access. Pool is directly across the parking lot. We used the grill on the back patio. Will definitely stay here again!

Newly renovated condo had everything we needed and was close to everything.

You can tell that the owner’s of this condo take great pride and care to make sure that renter will experience a great stay. This wonderful condo has everything you need. They even have usb plugs available for charging your tech stuff. A very wonderful stay.

This was our 3rd year at this property. And we were as disappointed this year (hoping it would get better) as the previous 2 yrs. we will not rent from this company again. The white linnens were gray, the kitchen towels looked untouchable, the glasses and dishes were not washed with soap. Lip marks on glasses and grease on dishes. No spare softsoap in any of 3 bathrooms, no garbage bags, no dishwashing soap, no liquid soap for dishes. The carpet was filthy and we had to wear socks to walk on it. The door mat had not ever been shaken out. No pool towels. We found another unit at Ocean Walk which is owner rented thru vrbo and met the cleaning lady, who Lives behind the property and treats it as her own. The difference in attitude between Real Escapes Properties and an owner renting is worlds apart. We have a townhouse on the lake next year and look forward to a home away from home.

We had a great family stay at this condo. It was perfect location to drive to the beach. We were able to walk to the village for dinner and ice cream with no trouble. When we arrived, the AC unit had broken, but within an hour, Real Escapes had someone there working on the unit and fixed it in no time. Very easy to work with!
The condo had mostly everything we needed, but I would recommend taking anything extra you may need to cook. We found ourselves going to the store for baking sheets, colander, etc. Overall, clean and nice stay!

The condo was nice and accommodating for our stay. There was not many cleaning supplies available to do dishes and clean the countertops. There were plenty of towels and space to sleep. The pool area was very nice.

This unit was perfect for our family of 6 ( 3 adults and 3 children). It was clean, well furnished and homey. The location is great. It is within walking distance to get ice cream or dinner at the pier and only a few minutes drive to the beach. I recommend this unit and will ask for it next time we go.

Had everything we wanted and more. King bed, queen, and 2 twins. nice chairs for reading and watching TV.
Grill to do some cooking right outside. Good lighting.

Wonderful experience. The home was very clean and extremely well located.

Condo worked perfect for 6 people, kitchen small but had what we needed. Ice maker was great and a huge help for day trips. Grill was perfect. Great access to a nice pool and centrally located for all of our day trips. 3 blocks from a great park. We will be repeaters for sure.

This is our second year at this townhouse, really like the arrangements.
We have stayed in other units in Ocean Walk and have always had some little problem with the unit , but this stay was without a hitch.
Hope to return next year.
