Well equipped with everything you might need.Clean, comfortable and well set up.Parking on two sides of the building.At end of condo circle so less traffic.An enclosed bike shelter where you can stash your bicycles.An easy just-under one mile walk to the St. Simon's Pier which has the most delightful sunsets over the water.Ditto distance for many wonderful restaurants and gift shops.I would come again!!

People at desk are fantastic

Spent a few days with my 3 young daughters and husband. It was the perfect little rental! It had everything and more! We only used the pools one time due to the weather being a little chilly but the pool itself and area was very clean! The location was perfect being so close to shopping and the pier! It really felt like a home away from home with how cozy it was! Will be staying again in the future.

I am from the Island. I have stayed at most all of the condos there and actually lived in many of them. This was by far the best experience that I have had for a place to come visit my family that still live there.

We loved our stay at the condo. Near the pier, it’s a short drive to dinner and we loved ghouls inlet during the day for beach access. The condo was clean and perfect for four of us.

Real Escape Properties was a great place to book with. They were cheaper than other property management companies and super easy to work with! Our condo was beautiful and had everything we needed! I look forward to visiting again and will use Real Escape for my future booking needs!

Very nice place with easy walk or bike ride to everything. Very quilt. Only complaint was the cable TV selection not many options even though we didn't use it much it is Limited
just nice to chill out for hour or two before bed. limited sports and movies

Spent 5 days in this condo. Complex is pretty and peaceful. Huge pond with paved walking area around it. Easy access (1 mile) to village, shops, restaurants and beautiful Neptune Park with walking trails along water. Highly recommend! We will return. Condo was immaculate!

This is a very nice unit. It was a little difficult to watch college football with the available channels. But overall it was a very pleasurable experience.

2 bedroom perfect for us and the condo had everything we needed.Beds and furniture were great and the kitchen accessories were perfect. great location to everything.

My husband and I had a wonderful time here. The condo was cute and really clean. It had everything you could need for a vacation stay. We plan on booking here again the next time we come to the island!

This unit was exceptionally clean, cute and comfortable! We had everything we needed in the unit and in the surrounding community!

This condo was perfect for the 3 of us. The condo was so clean! They took extra precaution in the kitchen with sterilizing dishes. The beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient to both the beach and the village area. I had trouble getting the key to work in the locks, but I think a little WD40 would solve that problem.

Great place for the kids

Great location, great price, perfect for families! We parked the car and never got back in it until we left! We we able to ride bikes everywhere! Condo was clean and they even provided masks and sanitizer for us to use if needed!

Our family enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. We loved the location and the amenities at Ocean Walk.

The condo was very clean, linens were nice, location was perfect, and had fully stocked kitchen. We loved that the owners left a few "starter" items like soaps and bath tissue. We appreciated all the care taken to help guests find things in the condo by labeling things. We hope to return to the condo again.

We stayed for an extended weekend and really had a great time the room was just clean and was just mins away from the board walk and the beaches.

Location was great and easy to walk to restaurants and the pier. The kitchen and living area were modern, clean and updated. Would love to have seen the bathrooms update more but they were clean. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

We loved the Ocean Walk property. The pond, pools , walkways green space and community center were all great. The apartment was clean and ready for us.

The apartment and balcony were somewhat dated and run down. Furniture,
carpet, peeling wallpaper and very old tv's. It needs an update.



The location is excellent for walking to town and the pier area. St. Simons is a beautiful area to visit and vacatio


The Real Escapes staff was very professional and helpful. Through them we have found a bigger and more updated place for next year.
I would recommend Real Escapes and Ocean Walk.

If you are fine with comfortable and basic , you'll be happy at Ocean Walk. The apartments are well laid out and the location is walking distance to Pier Village. The on grounds amenities are good- 2 pools (1 heated), fitness center and tennis courts. The apartments are on the older side. We had problems with a leaky dishwasher and leaky bathtub. Real Escapes staff (kudos to Jan and Jonathan) were immediately responsive and had repairs made in a timely manner. If you are good with basic comforts at a fair price, you'll enjoy Ocean Walk. Just don't go expecting luxury.

Ocean Walk is a mid-price rental community for snowbirders such as ourselves. We needed pet-friendly, so knew our options would be lessened accordingly. Our rental Unit was comfortable, the baths and kitchen had not been remodeled. The utilities were older - dishwasher only worked so-so. Kudos to the Real Escapes staff who immediately responded to our leaking dishwasher call, as well as our bathroom leak call. Jan was on top of things immediately, the workmen were prompt and cleaned up after themselves . My only suggestion would be for Unit owners to spend a few dollars on upkeep of these often-rented Units.

Great customer service from the rental agency-- very accommodating and friendly. The place was exactly how described and easy walk to downtown.

The place was very dark...even with the blinds and shades open. The décor was old and needed updated....even just a lighter color with the use of a sofa cover would help. And the ceiling in the kitchen needed repaired...everyday it leaked.

We were very happy with the condo and very comfortable there. The grounds are lovely and a great place to walk. Would have liked to be a little closer to the village but it was still a nice walk to the pier.
